Recipe: 1. Heat pan to medium high 2. Break eggs into a cup (just in case some of the shell gets in it, you can take it out) 3. Dab of butter in the pan, let it heat up really well 4. Make sure butter covers anywhere the egg is going to wind up 5. Tilt the pan to keep the egg on the edge 6. Pour the eggs in 7. Cover the pan with a top 8. Let it fry for a short bit 9. Slip the eggs on a plate and enjoy!
$15 "mama chana" steak sandwich thing. food trucks. this wasn't even a food truck. this was a 10x10 pop up tent. I'm unclear, why is food truck food more expensive than restaurant food? rent? staff? insurance? cost of food? electricity? cleaning the facility? providing a bathroom? water? upkeep on the property?

I kind of agree, seems almost like a burrito with flour tacos. But I also only like the thick crunchy tacos like at Taco Bell not the thin corn tortilla tacos that are kind of floppy. Those I don't like at all.

Yes plain white rice with only butter is delicious but use Basmati Jasmine Rice . Try adding Cilantro and Lime juice to your rice. For the Chicken just add lemon juice and Rosemary along with Garlic, butter and onion powder. @@marksatterfield
