  Love that Plastic pipe connector for refilling the ground portable water supply Man those old girls could go in service today. Great pumping in them still. Love listen to the 8-71 Detroit Diesel purr with open engine covers.😊

  Yes I remember that Lightbar model in my country, Philippines... The only different is the blinking lights is Blue Red not Red Blue pattern like at this video but the rotation light pattern is still same (Blue Red) but the lightbar was replaced by LED to our Police, Fire Department and Ambulance in mid year 2006

  Thank you for sharing a piece of art work still pumping out of a source of water. The master streams are great. My 1971 SeaGrave has the PTO removed put I will use a portable pump up on top to draft out of intake on bottom of tank to reverse run water to booster reel, or pre-connect I mostly just show my baby at events. No water showing, just for kids, its me remember my childhood to get kids in drivers seat, to maybe get them interested in a FF job when they get 14 😊 I say that because thats the age for Fire Cadets to join. We do REHAB for the area FF. It gets the 14 year old and older to think about becoming a FF. They can do ride alongs with first due equipment, but they MUST do book reports on there ride along 😊

  I used a dremel with a cutting wheel to cut mine. A bandsaw would probably work better but I did not have one. I recommend going slow or you will actually melt the lens plastic. After the cut, just clean up the ends with some sandpaper and slide them on the bar.

  Back in the days when the loudness of the fire truck also was used to make ignorant assholes MOVE OUT OF ITS WAY! Back when you can hear the fire truck coming by it’s engine sound as well! I hear a older fire truck every now and then mainly one with a CAT or Detroit engine. I have heard a old 6v92 truck scream up a hill boy was it music to the ears

  Change them back to halogen bulb. These reflectors are designed for halogen who have pin point of light, while led bulbs doesn't have that pin point light resource, it spread all over and makes it really dim

  Agreed, i like them in the wig-wag or the ''arrowstick'' position, but for rotators the H1 halogen bulbs are hard to beat.

  There is a sleeve over a series of pins on that back of each light head. Changing the position of that sleeve on the pins will change flash pattern and I think you can also make them steady burn. It must be done on each individual light head since there is no sync on these bars.

  When I was in the academy we had an instructor from a small town. He took this light bar and removed the center mirrors and replaced them with a rotating light light. It make a very bright light bar.
