  Honestly making excuses is something I struggled with my whole life, and even whenever I ask someone I respect how do I stop that always just say just do it. Like how does that help but you went throw different avenues to explain what it is and the exact way to stop it like it might sound self explanatory but when you constantly over think you tend to miss the simple solution.

  Great comment. Just think action instead of excuse. Action always overcomes excuses. Even if it’s not the biggest effort, it helps with the process.

  Great point and thanks for your efforts to outperform! It should be noted that being a super high performer and shortening your work day while outperforming is a little different than coming to meetings and appointments late. Keep outperforming and (I'm guessing) showing up early/on time for your scheduled commitments. Cheers to your success!
