  Brilliant! Yes those ‘hanging garden baskets’ can be beautiful right? I have done this a few times and always feel so sly when I get back home with a beautiful basket + snap off those ’hanging arms’. I use sand + river stone to prop up the basket in the urn, but I love the ‘cork’ idea! 😌♥️✨👍🏽🇨🇦

  In my hot climate I’ve learned that leaving the plant in its original pot helps insulate it against the hot metal of the urn, eliminates transplant shock to the root system plus, it’s only there for a season anyway and less waste from buying fresh dirt every year. Finally, minimal labor! just instant flower power!

  So glad I just found your channel! You are so correct about posture!! I have security cameras in our yard and have been catching pics of me working outside and I’m noticing a trend where I’m walking a little more hunched over than I like!!! So I have really been thinking about my posture lately.

  The plant does much better if it's removed from the pot and planted into the urn. Place stones in the bottom of the urn, add a little soil remove the plant and add soil around the space between the plants and urns . The plant retains the moisture much better ,especially if it is in the sun all day long.

  Great effect 👍. I rescued 2 ferns from Wallyworld and did this. A little liquid fertilizer and they greened right up and look beautiful on my porch. 🌱
