I would stay away from the larger power stations. Can’t remember the word for them. Because they will definitely affect your body. It’s also hard to envision what area will be best for a home when you don’t really know yet how taking down several trees will affect / change the aesthetic of the landscape. But I’d personally stay a little close to each other to make a communal garden and livestock. More hands helping = easier to maintain.
