@@sudhamagesh4188 just get a checkup done to ensure the uterus is well involuted. Lochia is a blood mixed discharge which can continue after delivery for few days. But heavy bleeding needs attention.

Cervix which is 2.5cm or shorter is called short cervix. Anyways you can just keep a check of your cervical length by serial ultrasound monitoring. You can continue progesterone. Stitch might not be necessary

You might need antenatal steroids for fetal lung maturity at around 8 months.You can also take additional progesterone supplements as well. Make sure you treat urinary tract infection and vaginal infection at the earliest if it does happen.
