🖍 The Parent's Guide to Elementary School
Hi, I'm Natalie, former elementary school teacher and founder of the KZread Channel Primary Focus. Primary Focus teaches parents everything teachers wish they knew, from how to thrive in the classroom to how to keep learning at home.
Part of my reason for leaving teaching was the disconnect between parents and teachers, so I created Primary Focus to educate and prepare parents to work with their children's teachers at all stages of learning, not just when there is an issue. Parents and teachers working together is key to any child's success, and Primary Focus gives parents all the tools they need to make that happen.

I think she's saying this because nobody in a classroom wants to give her a gift
We can give whatever we want we don't care if you like it or not
Imagine the money this broke state is gonna spend in court with the lawsuits coming down on them…just to lose in the end. What a stupid pile of waterboy’s running that state.

What is wrong with stating these moral laws? Clearly you don't like being told what to do!

Sugar high is a myth
Girl if you are a teacher that your opinion, because some schools like that some teachers like that, so keep your opinion to yourself, not trying to be rude, but seriously 😊😊😊
I think sometimes it's different in secondary school!
Shut up my teacher gets us donuts on occasions
Can anyone POSSIBLY tell me what could possibly harm, or actually negatively impact anyone from this?? I dont get it You dont have to be christian to think that these are appropriate laws to live by. Chill out. Yall just hate christians. Thats why this REALLY pisses yall off. LOL.
But what about the schools teaching evolution? Christian’s have to sit there and listen to it even though we don’t believe it and if we say something about it we can get in major trouble. So stop acting like we don’t have to sit through it too
My friends a teacher and she loves supply towers and anything she geta
I got my teacher a cup saying didn't have my coffee so don't talk to me 😊
Why does she sound spoiled..
I like😊 it
Every Government department and Congress, Senate must display the 10 Commandments
Take your meds
So we should stop saying the pledge of allegiance too then?
Honestly I appreciate your response, this post has garnered over a thousand comments between here and another platform where it went wild. I believe you’re the only one I’ve seen asking about the pledge of allegiance. This is a great comparison and I think a relevant topic to debate in the realm of separating church and state.
Yes...there's no reason for anyone to "pledge allegiance" to any piece of fabric!! Btw...I'm a combat veteran
So conservatives want to force kids into Christianity? That's pretty horrible. I thought the US was a free country with freedom of religion.
Love your neighbors, Don’t kill, don’t steal, Don’t commit adultery, Honor your parent, Don’t bear false witness. tell me what’s wrong teaching these principles to young children.
Nothing wrong, per se. But they can be taught without violating the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment of the Constitution. More to the point, if Christians can mandate the teaching of their principles in public schools then Muslims can demand that their principles be represented as well. For example, I suspect you would not be comfortable if your child or grandchild was taught the principles of Islam, which include the doctrine of jihad, which is the act of promoting Islam, usually through war, against unbelievers (infidels), referred to as "those who resist Islam."
@@chrisikaris5891 If I want my children to be taught islam, I would migrate to Pakistan. or maybe Saudi . This is the USA, under GOD. a Christian God.
@tonimartin4828 FYI, Islam is the fastest growing religion in the USA, mainly due to Muslim immigration to the USA and high birth rates among Muslim immigrants. Like it or not, the USA is, even from early times, a religiously diverse country with hundreds, perhaps thousands, of different faiths, and growing more diverse every year. The point of the Establishment clause of the First Amendment is that it forbids the government from favoring one religion over another. If any religious group is given the right to post religious messages or texts in school classrooms then any other, or many other, religious groups or denominations can do likewise. So if you want a particular religious text you like in classrooms, then you should not be surprised to see other texts from other religions introduced, including ones you might not like. P. S. "Under God", as well as "In God We Trust", do not refer to the god of Christianity or any other particular religion. When "God" was inserted in to the Pledge of Allegiance and on money in 1956, it was merely done to contrast the USA with the officially atheist Soviet Union.
If you had this while you were in school, you would be a much better person now .
Comments: “Love thy neighbor” then follows up with comment telling me I’m a bad person 😂
On my birthday at school I gave out cupcakes to the class and my teacher😊
