Beautiful place. Why is everything so dry looking in Winter? It looks like desert areas of Southern California in Summer. Very cool place. Thanks for video. Salut!
Lesotho has a summer rainfall.
Hi there, I really enjoyed your video, I am putting together an off road compilation of the Discovery, and wondered if you would like to be included?
Sounds good.
The Ford Ranger 4x4 does have low range.
The quality of the drone is everything hey..thanks for visiting motherland
A drone gives a different perspective. The motherland is beautiful.
U should feature in Top gear or this car shows , I like ur review of car, it makes me want to buy a ranger
Dont buy one please?
I saw the wood guy for the second time now😂
He certainly works hard.
It's a beautiful country. How I love Lesotho
Me too.
Did you use a Map for Nata to Kubu and back to A3 (I assume) or just relied on GPS and Garmin etc … ?
I use tracks4africa on my garmin
the Freelander seem to keep up well with the big boys - I'm planning a trip with mine in August
Wow such a great experience from Sani Pass into Lesotho. I’ve actually been to all these places but at different times now I’m going to try all of them at once. Thank you Ian for a great video ✌️
Thank you for watching.

У меня такой же. Беленький собрат
Hi mate, I am a Land Rover KZreadr from the UK, I am in the middle of a project for a video where I’m asking a few Land Rover enthusiasts a few questions (such as what got them into land rovers, what was there first Land Rover, what’s there best Land Rover story etc.) I was just wondering if you would be willing to partake in this project by any chance. If not then that’s fine and if you would be interested then please let me know and I will share a private video with you explaining everything. Cheers, Rhys
Noraly did easy with her crf300l 😅

This is my fav place will never go home - Mokhotlong n not visit Sani top... The burger is absolutely amazing and the view is worth going again n again... Just made my day thank you.... 👌👌👌
The views are amazing.
Там не сложно ехать. До земли прорыто
Я там, и на русской "Lada" поднялся бы😁👋
Trash land rovers
Epic, I would love to join you in one of your adventures there, I grew up in Lesotho for 5yrs of my high school life but never really been beyond Maseru
You must check out more of Lesotho.
Lovely video shared there
I would like to tag along in the next journey there
A Fiat Panda 4x4 can do that.
Okay James May
@@reuben-rt it's all a matter of traction and flotation. Wrong tires, no grip. No flotation, you sink in and get bogged. That's why a Panda 4x4 often reaches seemingly impossible destinations.
Good job, my friends
A Defender on the top...waiting😂😂😂👌🏻💪🏻
Black Mountain Pass is known locally as Koti-Sephola Pass - have travelled over it twice - in Feb 2006 on wet miserable day when just 4x4 track, then later in Feb 2018 along the new Chinese built highway. Either way the views are stunning in clear weather. Have videos of these trips on my KZread Channel
The route certainly changes a lot depending on the weather.
Maluti!! What an awesome beer. I still need to do sani pass definitely.
You should! It is a great beer.
Muluti is a must!
For sure
Wow I still wanna do Sani but not in snow🥶🤯
But snow is more fun
was it following an old series 3 88
Should have. Actually it was following my defender.
Could you share the tyres name which were on Disco?
I have Cooper Discoverer AT/3 tires on
that looks like fun! The sani pass is on my 4x4 bucket list.
For sure but be quick before they tar the pass
