    The one with the fm radio and app. How long does the batter last, when you wear and use them? Did you use them for swimming? If so, did I last for a long time or did they stopped working? Can you use it anywhere, like if I go to the moves, a stadium to watch a game, a concert, or anything like events, that’s not exercising?

    On the one with the app and fm radio, do you Owen it or make/sell it? If you own it, is it good with the fm radio, without the app? Is the radio good to use, even without the app?

    Did the FM radio work without the app or do you need the app to hear the radio? Can it play more radio stations? When you hear music, can people around you can? Is it loud? On the lowest, can people hear to? What the volume level where people can hear it? Or they can’t hear it?

    Like you, it took me 90 minutes and alot of frustration to get the Runn set up. Not so much the dots/cradle/adjustment things, but getting the three LEDs to work, pushing that little white button in the right sequence, for the right length of time, etc. I own a Sole F-85 that is failing to report an accurate belt speed. The Runn reports accurately.

    Is the sound clarity on the Aftershokz clear enough to listen to podcasts and audiobooks whilst doing endurance open water or lap swimming..? Or is the sound best preserved just for music only..?

  • @eight10man
    @eight10man3 жыл бұрын

    Hi @@gutenbird I've ended up buying the Aftershokz Xtrainerz and use them mostly for swimming, but also for running sometimes. They headphones lack bass, as is mentioned before, but I don't mind it. Off course having no bass is still much much better than the alternative of having no music at all whatsoever, when swimming. When I'm swimming freestyle the noise of my hands hitting the water and my head turning for breathing makes it hard to understand each word in podcasts and audiobooks, unfortunately, so you tend to sometimes loose grips of a story. At the moment I tend to just listen to music only for now, because there is no story to keep track off. It's not really the fault of the audio quality of the Aftershokz, but more because of the nature of the sport of swimming that it is quite noisy when you're splattering around. All around I must say it is so unbelievable cool to be swimming in the ocean or pool whilst listening to music. It's a game changer!

    I just ordered mine a couple of days ago.. Hopefully it's a good buy. My very first bone conduction headphone. Btw, i just got a tip that if you use android phones, you can go to the settings 'sound and vibration' then 'sound and quality effects', then 'Adapt sound'. I then check the 30 to 60 years old ( i'm 50 ). The sound should be better with extra bass added.. I will try this when i receive my Aftershokz Titanium.. :):) Already produce better sound on my phone speaker as we speak

    I think the reason the elevation didn’t work is the back of the treadmill is the area that tilts the least. It probably has an internal sensor that measures tilt instead of using the optical sensor

    Good video, thank you, just bought one for a more accurate speed when I’m on my treadmill, I contacted NPE to ask them myself and they said dont calibrate unless you want it to match what the treadmill says, my whole reason for getting this is to get a more accurate speed to what I’m running as the runn is correct and the treadmill like most is probably wrong so when you calibrated it cause the speed was different the time on the app was probably accurate even though it was different than what the treadmill said (5mph)

  • @johngardner1898
    @johngardner18982 жыл бұрын

    I totally agree. This dude is running on a treadmill with a belt that is actually traveling 1.03 minutes per mile faster than reported by the treadmill! He made that very important discovery completely disappear by "calibrating" the Runn to the incorrect speed of his broken treadmill!!

    Hi - your itchy ears. Try brulidine cream. I had otitis externia - swimmers ear for a decade - this cream is good. Gets rid of the itch and is antiseptic and antibactrial. States it is for outer ear infections on the packet. Plus tea tree oil is good and also diluted tcp - it can burn so dilute as required !
