My wife and I like to travel, especially to Vegas, and when we do, we stay in nice places.
Every video you see on the channel is something we have actually stayed in and paid for ourselves. The exceptions would be if we used a comp thanks to our gambling, or our loyalty points if it is a non gaming hotel. We don't ask for freebies and don't ask if we can just take a quick video of a room and leave.

@@bigggmustang73 Nope. MGM did away with that a while back. Skylofts still might offer it but doubt it. Used to be everything in these suites that was no alcoholic or food was comped. Stupid as these suites come with lounge access where everything is free including liquor.

I booked a base room day of and upgraded at check in. Base room was about $350. Upgrade was another $700 I think.

Negotiate an upgrade. If you aren't there for several days you have a good shot if you are willing to pay for it.

@@kevinburrell7226 As an upgrade, probably $1500-2000 per night realistically. Can always ask for lower and see what they say. Fri-Sat are the hard days. Keep in mind there's the 3 Bed version that's not Strip view which is slightly less.

I'm sorry, I honestly don't know. That's something I've never thought to check for in a hotel room as I've never needed it. I will going forward though.

It’s nice but not definitely Rodger Thomas nice. It looks halfway remodeled, dirty, and a little worn.
Can you upgrade to the tower suites from the resort side? If so, what was your experience in doing so (prices, etc.)? We are used to getting a parlor from a normal TS room via AMEX but the rates are outrageous for a normal TS room vs. on the resort tower. It’s $1299 for a TS king, and $3500 for a parlor. Vs. ~$700 for a normal room. We only do Encore.
It's easy to do so if something is available. Bear in mind, the upgrade price will reflect a discount based on the difference between what you booked and what you want. I've gotten Salon Suites over a regular room for $300 per night. Keep in mind, that was on a weekday. This suite was a $2000 a night upgrade.
All that and a little balcony? I gotta say the wrap around terrace suite is a must. Thanks for the video!
Not all Pents have them. This one was technically classed as a no balcony Penthouse. The balcony ones run the full length of the suite.
Crazy to think there's nothing but the casino lobby below you 😳
So the suites floors don't have the hallways that are open to the casino. They are more like traditional floors. If you stand in the casino and look up at the roof, that's not the top of the Pyramid but the top few floor plates.

Really appreciate what you said. I saw your comment on my Bellagio vid too. As you used to be in construction, that's why you have the eye for detail. I was in the real estate industry too so I have that sense. Circa is one of my favorite places period. Next time you are there and if you are at Vegas Vickies, tell Stevan my wife and I said hi. He always treats us well and I'm guessing he would you too. Wish I had the chance to see old Vegas when service was important and nickel and diming wasn't a thing. I've seen the vid of the old MGM Penthouse. While I prefer the Skyloft style (I toured the 3 bedroom as a possibility for our wedding once), I love the history of the older one. Again, really really appreciate your kind words and you watching my videos.
My man I have lived in Vegas since 1989 and it was a much smaller town then and very easy to get to know and mingle with some important people not like today it’s almost impossible so back then I had a construction company so I actually got to know some very higher up people example one of my best friends stayed in that exact suite and had his very small reception party in that exact suite as well and I have also celebrated New Year’s Eve in that suite as well on (2) different occasions and the only reason I’m actually commenting is to say when Steve Wynn owned the Bellagio that mess on the balcony railing would have never been there because that guy had a demand for excellence and it’s funny because both new years party’s I went to where when he owned the hotel and my buddy’s wedding was there after MGM took over and it was already starting to decline from there so I can only imagine now but oh well just thought as a old timer now I would throw my hat into the ring now but either way thanks for video it’s cool for people that wonder how nice the rooms can get at the top people would be blow away by the Barbara Streisand suite at the MGM Grand it is 3,800 sq ft grand piano pool table snooker table 2story with spiral staircase with a elevator in the middle of the spiral stair case just ridiculous 4master bedrooms with complete workout room and laundry room complete kitchen with a jacuzzi on a 1500 sq ft balcony over looking the strip plus so much more and at MGM the villas with personal lap pools in the back courtyards just crazy so anyway whoever you may be keep posting I appreciate it for bringing back memories and also seeing things I might not know about as well as I’m sure other people do too so thanks
Can you use comps for this room?
Anything can be comped if you play enough and your host approves it. Grand Lakeviews are where it starts to get really hard when it comes time to book though since they are in demand. Chairman/Presidential and Villa are the steps above these.

@@RGC217 Depends on what you want in a suite. I've stayed in the Chairman and it's way way nicer than the Grand Lakeview despite not having a balcony. It does have a solarium, moat, kitchen, fireplaces and a tub with view though. Villas obviously have a backyard and pool so to me that's the ideal. But, those are all way more expensive.

@@lilgohan Oh, I said that because Russ took a video of my room with his phone too. But yeah, I agree, the layout of this room is nicer, it wasn't beaten up. Probably because mine was on the Paiza Club level they kept it in better shape. Either way, we both got great deals.
What kinda credit line will be needed to get the best Wynn villa superbowl weekend? 15 million? Can imagine gonna be almost bidding wars to get em. So much big money gonna be there it will be crazy!
I have no idea honestly. I could see it even higher than that considering how few of them there are.
This is not much different from the corner suites we’ve stayed in a lot. Yours has one more toilet, a big chair and a large bathtub. It’s pretty plain.
For the price/comp it's a good deal and way nicer than the Pyramid Corner Suites. Best is still their Penthouses. I've got one on my page.

Yep. Each Skyline Terrace Suite gets it's own huge balcony. The Stay Well Patio Suites are very similar but the terrace is much smaller. For the minimal difference in price they aren't worth it. If you have the money, the 2 Bedroom Skyloft with terrace is even nicer as it has a small plunge pool.

@@justsomeguywatching The general plat discount is I think 15% but ultimately it is going to be based on your level of play. I got this one for $500 off a night I think. So $1000 vs $1500.

The Chairman Suites at Venetian and Palazzo and the Presidential Suite at Venetian are the only 3 Bedroom or larger suites on property.

I forget what the room number is. The perks are what you get with every room/suite in the Tower Suites section. They would be Tower Suites valet privileges, Tower Suites check in, your keycard is a line pass to the buffet. Use of the Tower Suites pool at Wynn. I think the lobby has free coffee early in the morning. Finally, if you book directly, they usually provide a small breakfast credit.
A question the walls in the bathrooms is that wall paper or tiles? Amazing@
They are capiz shells. I have a dresser made out of them.

So odd. I’ve heard that about their customer service. I thought status matches were easy to come by at RW, but also that what tier you got matched to- would vary depending on who you talked to, ha. Would need to go in person and visit the hosts. Too bad they didn’t call you back.
They were rude to my friend when he tried to tier match. Only casino I've ever been to where I didn't care. And recently, RW just got worse. Unless you are a VIP or staying in a suite at Crockford's, you have to park and check in at Conrad. You literally aren't allowed to check in at your own hotel lol. F*** that place.

I have no idea what they are doing now, nor do I care as I will never play there or stay there until they actually apologize and do something for me, anything. Did you specifically need the 2 bedroom or that’s just what they had available? I have stayed in a fairway villa before, which they allowed my friend to just book and pay for, and the Wynn tower suite parlor and salon styles- nothing on the encore side yet. I’m curious about the villas that are accessed via Wynn tower suite entrance by the koi pond, i imagine they’re amazing with the little backyard and pools from what it looks like!
No we didn't need the extra bedroom. We wanted the Apartment because of the beauty of the suite and the tub with a view and the steam shower. You can't get those things in Salon Suites. We toured one back in 2019 but decided to just keep the Salon instead as "we don't need the second bedroom". Funny enough, I ran into an old friend who later missed her flight and that bedroom could have been useful. Regretted not upgrading ever since. Should have too, the suite was much cheaper then. The Villas you are talking about are the Apartment Villas also known as the Garden Villas. These are true villas, much larger and nicer than the Fairway ones. They come in 2 Bedroom 5 Bathroom and 4 Bedroom, 10 Bathroom configurations. Both have backyards with pools. Generally need a $3 million plus credit line to get one. These days it's more like $5 plus for the large one. There's a chance I might be able to stay in one next year. And no, I don't have a $3 million cl. Wynn owes me a favor lol. Here's a video of the 4 Bedroom. It's old but the villas should still look like this for a few more months. They are being renovated for F1. I saw the video and assumed you had paid maybe $1000 per night, but I read in a comment it was more than that. Still a bit Surprising if the room was empty anyway and they knew you as a trustworthy player/guest already. I’d of course expect more approvals necessary if they’re comping you the suite. Regardless, great room! I think it was you who described your upgrade process for a CP penthouse too- good vids.
Keep in mind the room takes a lot more work to turn over. Oftentimes hours of housekeeping so that costs a lot in itself. As for upgrading, with MGM, per VIP at Aria apparently I'm now approved for everything, provided I pay for it. So it's a lot easier now.
Hello! Is this suite available by invitation only?
They are harder to book but if you call Luxury Reservations it's possible to get it. Weekdays are easier than weekends as these are comped like 95% of the time.

Hi there! I was checking your channel and I have been dying to find this suite! They took it off the website once the towers were opened and I have no idea how to book it. Did you have to call in personally or were you able to use a website? This is by far the most luxurious suite They have and the other ones just are either too small or don't make any sense to me. Thank you. I've stayed in basically every room type here so any questions, I'm happy to help. I actually upgraded into this from my comped room at $150 extra per night. There's the ground floor verison like I got and then the 2nd floor version which is exactly the same except it has a balcony vs patio and doesn't have direct access to the pool. I'd either call the hotel, talk to your host or upgrade at check in. These are usually casino VIP only so they are hard to get. Shorter stays and weekdays are ideal. Debating on this room with the extra half bath or the city corner fountain view which has much better views but only 1 bath
If it was me solo I'd go with the view room. If it's with my wife, I like the extra half bath. I hate waiting for the bathroom in the morning. If you can upgrade at check in, there are 3 Panoramic Suites that have fountain views and 1.5 bathrooms. They are located near the top of the hotel. I have a video of one.
