You wanna help your dog stop being aggressive or fearful and become the companion you know he/she can be?
Let's get on this journey together!
A few years ago, I adopted a fearful little dog, who brought me to my limits very quickly.
He was reactive toward other dogs and people (especially children), fearful of insects, grass, people, dogs, wind, any kind of animal,... and he tried to bite me multiple times without any warning.
But I loved him, and so I started a rush of education, internships, and books... until I was able to help him... and other great dog people
so this is how this incredible journey started :)
I'm so happy to present to you my training techniques, achievements, and of course, laughs

Such a brilliant easy way to bond, work and train with our dogs. Thank you so very much. You are a every special blessing for our dogs and ourselves.
aaawww you are too sweet, thank you ♥️♥️♥️🐕🐕
Hello. I have got a mix breed dog, big mountain dog, big sheep dog and a bordercollie. He is 6 months now. We live in a rural area, he has space enough and we are going for walks. But on the walks he is pulling the leash like crazy. When he is on our land, from nowhere he jumps and bites me in my hands and legs. What can i do
Hi 🙃 it sounds like stress could be an issue I'd assess where that stress is coming from (besides puberty) and integrate destressing into a training plan 👍👍
You are superb, and everything you say is so reasonable. Because of that, I loved your videos, and my Pia finally opened up to me 😊😊😊
Thank you so much, and a huge congrats to Pia and you ❤️❤️
Great advice. 😂my dog thinks iam so slowly so he comes back to see if I am still there. 😂.
🤣🤣
We renewed our relationship and we enjoy again. Before I had all the time some guilty on me because she is not perfect as our peis before 😢
Oh I know that guilt and doubt, but she is perfect just the way she is ❤️❤️
From the time that I've listened to your advice, my girl has once again revealed trust in me thx so much
Thank you so much for sharing ❤️ Congratulations 🥳🥳💐
My experience is that I have to realize my own threshold to be calm when walking with my dog...because she feels all my problems and becomes insecure.
Yes, so true 🥳 Dogs are wonderful at reading our tiny signs, so we get better results when we take both needs and emotions into consideration 👍
What to do when you are walking through a street where almost every house has dogs who are barking viciously at my dog? How to behave?
It depends on your dog 🐕 Whenever I walk with a dog who can't handle it yet, I'd avoid such a street and start working on 1 house in the beginning 👍
@BraveDogTrainingOnline Thanks a lot for your tricks and answers. I had some trainers for my Pei girl who came during the COVID closure with hers for 2 months, so this was too early for Peis to be divided from their mother. So she and I slept together, and she slept on my neck. But she was fearful outside, not in the house. I pushed too much pressure on her to encounter everything: dogs, people, trailers (by the way, she adores them), and she is quite okay. Peis avoid people and just sniff them, but I made a huge mistake and began to work with trainers who worked K9 style. Then we lost our bond outdoors that we had. So, for the first time today, we renewed our bond outdoors. Thanks so much again.
aaaaaw I'm so happy for you too ❤️❤️🎊🎊 It's not easy but maybe this can be the day to forget the past and just start enjoying what is now, you are doing a wonderful job 🥳🥳
What kind of dog is the smaller short hair?
She's a mutt ❤🐕
2:50 But what if a dog, even though it likes treats a lot, completely loses interest in them when she starts being anxious, even a little bit, about certain sounds in the distance? She is a one year old pinscher mix breed who somehow learned to be afraid of modified exhaust sounds and motorbikes in the distance.
Such a great question 👍 That happens very often and in the beginning of training, she will probably not be able to do any tricks either whenever a scary sound happens What I like to do with sound sensitive dogs is pair the sound with something positive and catch it with a marker The full plan really depends on the dog, the severity of the anxiety and so many different factors 🙃 But the marker is a good start 👍👍
@@BraveDogTrainingOnline Marker such as clicker sound?
Yep, followed by whatever reward she still likes (even if it's only verbal praise) ❤

I love the creativity 🥳🥳
Oui, c'est bien vrai. Merci.
❤️❤️
I do not like here accent, but she is a dog handling pro. Pay attention. A pro always knows more than an amateur!
🤣👍
I like your otter.
Thanks 🤗🐕
My dog walks with me. Very obedient dog. BUT, if we are going across a busy street, if I walk fast to cross the 4 lanes, he bites my shoe. Any comments?
Sounds like he might be surprised by the faster pace and doesn't really know what to do with it 🙃 You can try rewarding in a high frequency before he starts 👍
This is how the enrichment game with the tree works 🐕: kzread.infooNpQh4hN1lc?feature=share
I put my dog on a thirty ft. lead and he ran full speed, hit the end and almost ripped my arm off. How do I get my dog to walk more calmly on the long lead?
Oh no, hope you are ok 💐 You could train an "end" cue, that warns your dog before reaching the end, giving him a chance to slow down or stop 👍 If he's only running like crazy, the stress level might be too high
Love the dog in the background eating bark. Priceless!
Thanks for boosting the video with this comment She is not eating bark... there are treats prepared for her in the bark It's an easy form of enrichment 🐕
So cute!!! Happy Easter!
Happy Easter ❤🐕
Gives dog training tips while her dog eats a tree.... I think I'll follow another trainer.
🤣🤣 She is not eating the tree... there are treats in the bark. It's and easy form of enrichtment
I have a 2 month old Lab Puppy who has been with me for 4 days now and he has really intense zoomies at night even after a walk. We live in a tiny apartment in a city so I do feel bad that there so many restrictions for my dog. But I will buy a longer leash now and give my dog more time to explore. This was really timely and really helpful. Thank you so much!
Congratulations, what an exciting new chapter of your lives 🎉🎉 City life can feel really restrictive, I felt the same way when we were still in the city 🤗 It does have advantages though: you don't need to search for new things to show your pup, they just pop up 🎉 For puppies this young I like to just stay in an area and let them explore. It's easier than walks as they have more time to process 🐕🐕 Maybe that's something for you and your little one as well 🤗
I have 3 board collies. Two are 19 months the other is 9 months. I know they don't get walked enough but they are pullers and I have been unable to get them to stop. If I walk all 3 at the same time massive pulling. If I walk them 1 on 1 then they don't pull as bad but they still pull. I just walk them on the sidewalk in the neighborhood.
All 3 of them are still in the middle of brain development and hormonal changes. That increases stress levels and can lead to more pulling 🙂 If you want to work on it, I'd start with every one on his/her own and only when that works really well, I'd include 1 more. Then switch up who practices together. When that works nicely, all 3 can practice together 👍 It makes things a lot easier for everybody 🎉
I have a 9 month old Cavapoo puppy that I take on a 2-3 mile walk in a park on a paved sidewalk. My dog wants to walk at a fast pace ahead of me and I interpreted that as her wanting to expend energy. There are people and dog walkers we meet and I correct her as she wants to bark and jump at them, and I don’t let her sniff around if it appears to be excrement. I have noticed my dog seems to be more wild with zooming and extra energy after initial rest after these walks. I never considered the examples you gave, but it makes sense! I will take your advice and see if it helps. Thank you!
Yep 9 month old teens can seem like they need more exercise when they are just over the top. Sounds like that could be happening with your pup 👍
