    I like what you say but... I tried coconut oil in rice a couple weeks ago. Coconut oil makes my hair fall out at a much faster rate. When I comb or take a shower, it is all over the place. I stopped using the coconut oil and sprayed rubbing alcohol into my scalp. I massaged it with my fingernails. Then I took a shower and after a couple treatments and stopping the oil, my hair stopped the falling out.

    According to a lot of the latest non corporate research, the heart association diet would give you heart desease by allowing any number of inflamatory foods,. Inflamation is now though to be the cause of 90% of all deseases including heart deseace. A 2019 meta-analysis of nine studies found no significant difference in inflammatory biomarker concentrations between people who eat eggs and those who don't. Eggs contain nutrients like vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects. Eggs also contain other components that may curb inflammation, such as lutein and zeaxanthin .

    But, but, doesn't D and A exist naturally in cod liver oil?

  • @DailyHealthSolutions
    @DailyHealthSolutionsАй бұрын

    Good Morning, Cod liver oil naturally contains both vitamin D and vitamin A. While it's true that excessive amounts of vitamin A can interfere with vitamin D absorption, the amounts found in cod liver oil are typically within safe limits when taken as directed. The ratio of vitamin D to vitamin A in cod liver oil is generally balanced and does not typically lead to adverse effects. Additionally, the body has regulatory mechanisms to manage the absorption and utilization of these vitamins. Cod liver oil has been traditionally used as a supplement for its high content of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and vitamin A, all of which offer various health benefits. When taken in recommended doses, cod liver oil can provide these nutrients without causing significant interactions or adverse effects. As with any supplement, it's essential to follow recommended dosages and consult with a healthcare professional if you have specific health concerns or conditions. They can provide personalized advice based on your individual needs and circumstances.

    My question is why they have all these combined in a multi🤨

  • @DailyHealthSolutions
    @DailyHealthSolutionsАй бұрын

    Hello Patricia, Multivitamins are formulated to provide a broad spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals in one convenient dose. While it's true that some minerals can interact with each other and affect absorption when taken in large amounts or certain combinations, the amounts included in multivitamins are typically balanced to minimize these interactions. Manufacturers of multivitamins carefully formulate their products to ensure that the nutrients included work synergistically and don't interfere with each other's absorption to a significant extent. Additionally, the levels of minerals included in multivitamins are often within the recommended daily allowances, reducing the risk of adverse interactions. However, it's essential to be aware of any specific interactions or contraindications for individual supplements or nutrients, especially if you have particular health concerns or are taking medications. In such cases, consulting with a healthcare professional can provide personalized guidance on supplement usage.

    So will taking magnesium with milk which contains calcium be bad?

  • @DailyHealthSolutions
    @DailyHealthSolutionsАй бұрын

    Hello Steven, When you take magnesium with milk, which contains calcium, the two minerals can interact with each other. Calcium and magnesium are both essential minerals for the body, but they compete for absorption in the digestive system. Consuming them together in large amounts may interfere with the absorption of one or both minerals. This means that if you're taking a magnesium supplement with milk, you may not absorb as much magnesium as you would if you took it separately. To ensure optimal absorption, it's often recommended to take magnesium supplements separately from calcium-rich foods or supplements. However, if you're consuming a balanced diet and not taking excessively high doses of either mineral, the interaction may not have a significant impact on overall mineral absorption. If you have specific concerns or medical conditions, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
