  I just beat this race with ccapachino engine swap wide body down force and traction control on max to keep tires from burning out rain intermediate tires until the 3rd lap when track gets kinda dry then racing medium for the rest of the race, oh and I rode the wall off the first turn on every lap helped me alot

  For those struggling with this one, after about 100 tries I noticed one small thing about the demonstration. They keep a small amount of throttle on through most corners. As soon as I did that I beat it first try lol. This was my last gold for IB Licenses and the only one I really struggled with

  I am not sure if this video will help you get gold but it shaved 2.5 secs of my lap. He does a lot of iRacing but it seems a lot of his stuff helps in GT7 also. Do with it what you will. Great video as always!

  I’ve yet to watch anyone’s video to be honest. I explained why in. The middle of last nights stream. My issue is getting the lap together and perfect lapping it. But do appreciate I’m still 15 seconds off the fastest lap and 8 seconds behind Sam. I’ve got a lot to learn…

  If anyone is struggling with this, I switched to controller (it was impossible on wheel), TCS 2, Countersteer weak, and no ASM. Then I just treated it like I was in a rally car and drifted around the corners lol

  Just finished this fun one Third time trying it. I have practiced this track with regular races to gear myself up for it. Used the Mazda medium tires. Following all the advice but added .2 of fuel at end because ran out previously. Won with less than a second over Yamanaka Also used controller

  Mr., what a great effort! Tonight you got this in the bag, I'm sure! Whats the best way to end the day after a sun burn on the beach 😅? I put 30 min into this and saw clearly that I'm out of depth... couldn't even put a lap together. I don't think I have the legs to get gold let alone surpass as I would like.

  For fun, try with automatic, like me. So you better can concentrate to the track, and use a little bit CS and TC on 1, or 2. ASK like you want. I think with this settings, and little bit of practice you can drive a time between 7:50 and 7:55min.

  ​@@Der_Olli70 Gears are not an issue for me, is the car that suddenly "decides" to leave the track under braking or stepping on the grass invalidating a lap and forcing me to start all over. In addition to that, I have a problem which is I always embrace the TT's with the feeling "I'm leaving all on the track to get top X or whatever" and go way beyond gold and with the nords TT I can't seem to get myself motivated to start from scratch and waste 8 minutes x 20 laps (or so) just to get a poor lap time and get even more frustrated. This only happens because I'm not that good 😅 I will give it a try with csa and/or countersteer on and see or its like, If I see I actually suck, too bad, I'l focus on the next TT. But thanks for the tips mate 🤙 Edit: I hate road cars, specially on Sports Hards.

  Should have bought the Logitech G PRO. Does the lot and amazing road sensation plus Xbox and PS5 and PC. Backed by a monster of a company with decades of kit and software. I had similar issues with Fanatec plus lately Reddit is not happy with them they seem to have almost given up. :/ Just google 'Fanatec Reddit is not happy'. :/

  How do you find the rig mounted integrated monitor mounts? I am torn between this and a freestanding monitor mount for 3 screens because of the potential for shaking? As a streamer a freestanding one might have been steadier for you (and your camera) too.

  I just bought the new quick release monitor mount kit. Watch out for the review video. I don’t think there’s any issue with movement or vibration. All seems very steady and rigid so far.

  @@WiddowmakerWho Yeah I have been all over inc Reddit rabbithole and tbh there is very little in regards to freestanding mounts with rigs like the sim streamer Squirrel has with his px1 and integrated versions which are neater and easier to manage if your rig is say on castors? So might be something you could get some traction with videoviews wise as it is a big question that I dont see Boosted or Sim Racing Garage talking about. Title could be I test integrated vrs Freestanding monitor mounts WHICH is best?! Have a thumbnail of and earthquake with you shaking holding the wheel with a crazy face (crazy faces seem all the rage atm blame Mr Beast!). You might need to ask for a free loan on to test from a manufacture but easy to repack being a stand. If you cannot do this then just do a talk and test of your rig under duress pushing it playing it could suspend a marble over a piece of white paper on a piece of fishing wire with a camera on it and a glass of water Jurassic Park T-Rex footsteps shaking next to it?

  Can you redo the human comedy races because the set upps has become messed upp often times when i do that race i do with the legendary suzuki escudo!

  Redo them? All the setups work. There’s no need to redo them. You can’t use the escudo at the kei race or at Tsukuba or lago, or Alsace. I have like 40 videos of the human comedy races, and all the stops are good. Nothing has changed. You’re probably using the wrong aero or gearbox, which is what usually happens. Some races you can’t get the setup because they are members only. Some of the races all world record setups and you are free to use them. Nothing is broken.

  The ps4 has to die someday. I think I got the money back out of mine but it still works. One day there will be no more new games for it. It’ll just happen. I felt the same but then I was compelled to get the ps5. Much faster machine and as soon as I had I realised it was the right thing to do.

  It’s one of the early ones but not an easy one. Timing the right hander is the trick. I think I was lucky because there was a tt a few weeks before I did it. I’m sure you’ll get it!!

  Any luck yet mate? I checked my qr2 screws that are supposed to be tightened with 3nm ( I don't own a torque screwdriver ). At first, I tried to copy the guy in the fanatec video to get them as close to 3nm as possible, after checking them again I realised they weren't tight at all and after tightening them up I'm yet to have a disconnect after 2, 1 hour endurance race's on gt7 at full ffb, I done 16 laps on f1 23 and a few on Asseto corsa and no disconnects there either... still more testing to be done, my arms were hurting after testing though 🤣

  If anyone was considering whether or not to join this channel as a member I can confirm as a casual amateur driver all the members only content will improve your lap times and your driving in general. Widdow states from the start he isnt the fastest but practice and grinding will improve you as a driver and I am testament to that. Fantastic channel great content couldn't recommend this guy more!
