Kim Dong-young, professionally known as Doyoung, is a South Korean singer, actor, and host. He is a member of the South Korean boy band NCT and its sub-units NCT U, NCT 127, and NCT DoJaeJung. Doyoung debuted as a member of the rotational unit NCT U in April 2016 and became a member of Seoul-based fixed unit NCT 127 in January 2017. He later joined the fixed unit NCT DoJaeJung in April 2023.
Doyoung has ventured into acting. Following his supporting role in the third season of the drama series Midnight Cafe - The Curious Stalker and the musical Marie Antoinette in 2021, he starred in the web series Dear X Who Doesn't Love Me. On television, Doyoung also appeared on the beauty show Lipstick Prince and variety show Law of the Jungle and hosted music show Show Champion and Inkigayo. He is currently a cast member of Master in the House.
