Do you not regrab the rings during swing? At about 10:00 he talks about losing grip is a problem, which I can understand since you cannot regrab when you want to push/swing to handstand. How to hold the rings in a way that I do not have to regrab (as often)?

Curious as to why any coach would allow gymnasts to tumble in socks - I think its dangerous and they risk slipping and falling

They’re on a rod floor doing front lays, even if they did slip, which is so unlikely due to how much force they’re putting into it, it wouldn’t hurt and could be walked off.

This really trains the Hip Flexors. It was more challenging than I imagined. I got a good stretching workout, thanks for the video.
