I just priced out a trimmer with the nail bar sleeve, suspenders, and accessory pouch (for tape measure), and it came out to $1000 with shipping lol. (Canadian Dollars). I dont know whats crazier, that price, or the fact im probably still gonna go thru with it lol.
If you want a more streamline setup just run the trimmer amd buy their accessory pouch and run it on the back for your tape. I think thats what im gonna do.
I want to buy one of these setups. They look perfect. Unfortunately I live in Canada and we are getting arbitrarily fisted on our dollar. As amazing and high quality as these bags and belts are, $1000 is just completly insane and unfair. There's something corrupt going on when the CDN dollar is only worth 65 cents. 😔

Why is the knife and pencil slot so deep? You should be able to grab those items without struggling. Its the cheif complaint i see on reviews.

On the custom front...would you make a caprenter side by side rig w the speedsquare slot in between the fastener and tool pouch? Like occidental has. Very inneficient to pull the square up and around the tape measure.

Yes. Our bags do use a very strong velcro to attach to your belt.

Is the standard fastener bag only available from the badger website? I'd like to order a set of bags but I don't need the side by side.
We actually have a handful of options on our website. You can even order bags individually if you'd like. In our Ready-to-Ship section, we offer standard carpenter bags in black or the side-by-side in olive.
Make one without the dumb hammer holster, when you take out a hammer your going to swing it! When you grab from behind your already winded up and ready to swing
Our bags are available without the hammer sleeve if preferred. We do also offer a separate hammer loop that attaches to the back for a more traditional setup.

This is the Olive Drab. There is a subtle difference between the two shades.
So is the main tool pouch bigger in size compared to the trim/carpenter pouch?
It is! It's got another inch in width and about the same or a bit more front to back at the opening.
Need this sent to Canadian distributor in sawdust. And some olive colors sent there too of full sets please. I know it's up to them but they need to get with the program already lol

How does the Carpenter standard bag compare in size to something like the Diamondback Artisan or Occidental oxylights? Trying to wrap my head around which Badger would be best for a frame to finish set up.
Our carpenter bags measure 14.5" in length which is comparable in overall size. However, we offer a wider belt for more back support as well as a durable nylon webbing inside our pouches with a wider mouth for easy access to your tools and fasteners. We offer a slimmer bag without compromising storage.
