  Mashallah imaam al ghazali has always fascinated me when I used to question Allah swt I used his wisdom to reason he always did may Allah be pleased with him and grant him jannah inshallah the he didn’t follow the crowd he kept his eye on the true prize which was to be humble and show humility gratitude for his beloved he respected everything but always insisted that everything has it’s place thank you shaykh hamza yusuf may Allah bless you for sharing your knowledge inshallah

  To say the least Sheikh Hamza Yusuf disappointed me. Why all of this merry go rounds while we see the reality from our own eyes. This is 21st Century and people cannot be bullied. Sheikh you have the Quran, you know better than us and still you round up your words like a person who is new to Islam. What we clearly see on the ground in Palestine doesn't need a merry ground stance. Allah has already explained the condition of those occupying Palestine in detail and Quran affirms every move of those people. You either be straight or cling to what you do swinging words, this will not help!

  It’s sad 😢 the unbelievable abuse rape and kids I met a immigrant USA and he witnessed a baby being set ablaze it was horrible this boy was from Syria it’s everywhere and the men so called Muslim do the same are they they have no right to pray during the day and continue to abuse women and children it breaks me I worry about this and it’s a big issue ❤❤😢😢😢

  I think a lot of medieval Eglish people were muslims too. Little things they did like cover their hair and eat exclusively with their right hands. I know they say it's because they used their left hands in the bathroom but I think there's more to it than that. There is so much erased history. We even have the wrong idea about WWII let alone older things that have neen rewritten and obfuscated.

  Shaykh Hamza Yusuf spoke heaps on Ottoman Caliphate and how the Arabs revolted against them for nationalistic reasons, and that that’s the reason we are in the state that we are in, that’s more important then anything!! Which scholars or Gaza protester “speakers” speak about that ??

  Genuinely great stuff but the christians in spain and the hindus in india both have amazing architectural works. We cant pretend that the Sagrada Familia doesnt exist just to prove a point that muslim works were great too.

  Past Ramadan I learned from a speaker after Fajr prayer that we should never hasten to judge. We should find 70 excuses before passing any judgment for a person before we try to correct or judge that person. Thanks for the post.
