AquaNetTV

He says it in German: 4,00mx1,00mx0,60m = 2.400 Liter or 617 gallons for the biggest. 7.000 Liter or 1,800 gallons overall.

Here are English subtitles if you need, I tried to translate everything as close as possible: ❤ Q: Hello guys, we are in Nigata, Japan, and besides us sits Mr. Takashi Amano, who surely has influenced many people. We are here to ask him some questions. For example Steffi from Ober- Ramstadt and John from Berlin, they want to know how you discovered your love for nature aquaristic and when did you become a photographer and nature aquarium designer? A: I like both very much. I began with photography in my childhood. I didn't like simply keeping fish in my aquarium, so I tried to establish an ecosystem in my tank. A place where fish and plants could live together. When I visited habitats at the Amazonas, Borneo and Africa, I could see that they weren't just beautiful, but that the ecosysystem also kept the fish and plants alive. So my love for nature aquariums and landscape photography nearly began at the same time. I like landscape photography nearly as much as the nature aquariums. Q: Tina from Kloster Neuenburg Austria would like to know how Feng Shui influenced your work and especially how much the layout of your tanks is influenced by it. A: Feng Shui does not influence my Designs at all - I am not superstitious and so I do not believe in Feng Shui. Q: Boris Hildebrandt from Lilienthal Germany wants to know what inspires you and how you set up your tanks. A: Let me explain using the stones' layout. I have a lot of pictures in my head and I photographed many landscapes. I saw how stones looked in creeks, rivers and the ocean. There are thousands of pictures how stones look in the nature and also how wood looks lying in water. I also know how moss looks like that grows on the surface of wood. All of these memories are on my mind and they are my inspiration when I set up a tank. Q: Knosti (?) from Hannover asks if you had a moment where you felt like giving everything up and stop trying if something does not work. A: *laughs* That is a good question, maybe the best of all. Before I had all this successes I failed over ten years again and again. I had problems with algae, failing CO2- and ground systems, but I never gave up. I even took notes about my failures. There were so many failures that even my wife asked why nothing did ever function. Sometimes these failures even had the same cause. I think something like this can happen to everybody. Everybody makes mistakes. In Japan, there is a proverb: " The failure is the mother of success." Learn from your mistakes, that gives you advantage in the long run, and in the end you will be more successful than the ones that had function everything in the beginning already. Somebody who made mistakes can become an expert nonetheless.

I visited a spring of Rio Urubu this year (which is affluent to Rio Negro), and I saw this species. It's orange fins have a beautiful contrast with the blue bottom of the spring. This species could very well fit garden ponds. I never saw Copella arnoldi in fish trade here in Brazil.

Sieht wirklich nicht gut aus und die Nachzuchten wirst du auch nicht los. Bleib bei einer Standortvariante von einem Händler/Züchter. Du wirst mit einem fantastischen Becken belohnt.
