I used a cloth/rag on this one. Still not found a brush I like. Tried the foam brushes but not great wooden be honest 👍🐳

What grit are you going to? Either way, a leather strop with green rouge will always help if you aren't doing that already. Oak is also just hard to work with.

This is an amazing idea! When I built my workbench, I made it without woodworking needs in mind. I don't have space for a second bench, so I was just thinking of how to MacGyver clamping options for planing, sawing, and cutting dovetails. This is perfect!!

Yes it is a 3D printed adaptor from Adaptool. Loads of great stuff like this but if you have a 3D printer then you’re in business 👍🐳

Good video! Just curious, why didn't you put the pocket screws with the hole side facing up? Is it a joint strength problem? I just figured it would look better the other way up.

Thank you. It was more to do with assembly. Easier to clamp it that way and as it wouldn’t be seen, I rolled with it. You are bang on, ideally they want to be hidden. 👍🐳

I believe you can buy a kit which has a battery, charger and box I just went for the body as have spare batteries. Impressed with it on first test 👍🐳

Worth checking the clamping faces on the fence itself Harry. Flip it upside down and check they’re running square to the fence. I’ll check mine 👍🐳

i adjusted my fence exactly as you showed but if i move the fence and lock it down, its angled towards the blade at the end again, i cant get it to stay parallel. any ideas? cheers
