  I came across this song when I was deep in my drug addiction with my girlfriend at the time who was also deep into addiction. I'm now 28 months clean ( 2 years & 4 months ) . I went right and she went left and is in prison now. This song really hits home for me and even being clean now it still gives me chills. I dig it though. Great artists/musicians and thank you for putting this out there. I knew I deserved something better than her and what I was doing and I finally made the decision to get well or else I was going to die. I wasn't going to prison, I was already in my own prison with drugs/hell and music like this has always helped me so thank you

  This acoustic version is way, way better than the commercial version a thousand times over. It's very weird if not impossible to find an acouatic version that surpasses the commercial version. That usually never happens.

  I like the song. The reason why this song needs more views is cuz the mix is “good”. I find the guitar is thin sounding, weak and has no character. This is hard rock. The guitar is very important. Sounds like a cookie cutter mix and master.
