Nice to see the bar tiers! Booked on a Southeastern Caribbean cruise in March and sorry I chose an itinerary that doesn't stop at Bimini. Very nice presentation as I grapple with thoughts of cancelling...this video reignited my desire to sail with Virgin.

I would love to go on a Regent cruise, but I’m concerned about the many complaints I’ve been hearing recently. One is the food is not luxurious, it’s either hit or Miss and there is no consistency in providing an outstanding dining experience. Also I’ve heard that crew and management on the ships are very dismissive and are quite rude to customers. If there are issues the crew will blame you and they refuse to resolve the issue. Also managers refuse to talk to guests. Doesn’t sound luxurious to me. Seems Regent is a pretender or a wannabe luxurious cruise line.
Thanks for your comments. As with many things, reviews are only one consideration when deciding on what type of cruise to take and which cruise line to utilize. Regent has been around for many years and has a good track record, but rarely is anyone perfect. Just be sure to explore the entire luxury cruise line field as you make your decision.
