  WalaykumasSalaam! As far as remember there was 2 process one for only Tawaf and other one was Tawaf & sai. Once you complete Tawaf you will be directed to safa marwa and once umrah complete you just park the scooter and leave. I didn’t have to pay for cleaning etc. you pay upfront and get token which you hand over to a person who provides you scooter. Hope that helps. Thanks

  WalaykumasSalaam There are wheelchair available in Makkah Haram and you can keep one with you until you complete your Hajj. If you leave unattended wheelchair it will be take. I purchased for my mother and we kept it with us all the time. In minah and Arafat there are no wheelchair, so it’s best you take one wheelchair with you. I hope that helps. Thanks

  So my understanding was that people comes from Europe, US and UK, they have designated camp for them which is around 40min walk, they have kind of special facilities in those camps. So just mindful that you will have to walk 40min. 1st day I took my ammi on wheelchair 🦼 and took me an hour because I had stop few times.

  no this floor is only for scooters and you would not be allowed to walk for safety reason. I'm sure there is scoters available for 4 people, its easy to operate and safe any one can operate.

  to be honest they didn't provide any information as this is first time hajj ministery started something online and it kind of failed but this year they are planning well and will be better service. they have refunded all hujaj some amount back to compensated. but Alhamdulillah I really enjoyed Hajj with my Ammi.
