  Approximately how expensive are we talking for something like this? 10s of thousands, 100s of thousands, half a million? Obviously it'll probably vary some by square footage.

  @@ameritus9041 depending on where you’re located and size of home, on average we’ve seen it between 50-100k. This doesn’t not include finish work, this is strictly the structural and concrete work to convert it.
