  Anna, I assumed you had an iPhone & I had chat gpt assist with the settings you need to adjust. I recommend going back to the store & having someone tech you more about the phone . Hi Anna! If your iPhone screen isn’t rotating when you turn your phone. check this from the Control Center: 1. Swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen (or up from the bottom on older models). 2. Look for the lock icon with a circular arrow around it. If it’s highlighted, tap it to turn off Rotation Lock. Hope this helps! 😊
