    hey, thank you for sharing your opinion! The best way to increase your paycheck is to share in both the risks and rewards. Salespeople earn more as they sell more because they share in these risks and rewards. If you prefer guaranteed pay, then your earnings will likely be capped. Entrepreneurs often take significant risks, sometimes going without a paycheck for years until they achieve their big payday. To increase your paycheck, consider finding ways to add value to your employer. By sharing in the risks and tying your compensation to the increased value and rewards you bring to the organization, you can potentially enhance your earnings.

    Very good video guys, loved it. Curious about your thoughts on companies like ours who don’t necessarily manufacture their products in house, but rather use contract manufacturing, essentially just being a brand. Is there still enough room in there to have distributors that place an order with you, then for you to go to your contract manufacturer and place that distributors order with them? Hopefully this makes sense, can hop on a call if needed. Thanks so much.

  • @oneims
    @oneims3 ай бұрын

    Glad you enjoyed our content! And thanks for the question! There are always creative ways to reach your target audience. Distributors are distributors at work. They are normal people on social media after work :) The best plan would be to keep reaching out to them while building your brand online. Over time, as you grow bigger and more popular, inbound will start working for you.

    hi, am currently working in a digital marketing agency, how do i implement digital PR to the agency? what do i look for when pitching it to the Manager.?how will it beside the agency and prospects clients?

  • @oneims
    @oneims3 ай бұрын

    @aliciapapo7825 Hi! Thank you for the questions! So, let's go through them one by one. Here's how to implement digital PR in your organization (rough 10-step plan): 1) Get to know what digital PR is and how it's different from regular PR. Teach your team about it too. 2) Look at how your agency is doing online now, what your clients need, and what other agencies are doing. Figure out where you can do better and where there are chances to use digital PR. 3) Make a plan for how you'll use digital PR to reach your goals. Decide what you want to achieve, what you'll say, and where you'll say it. Also, decide how you'll know if it's working. 4) Build relationships with people who matter online, like influencers, bloggers, and journalists in your industry. Talk to them and help them out before you ask for anything. 5) Create interesting content that your audience will like. Share it things on your website, social media, and anywhere else your audience hangs out online. 6) Spread your content around the internet, like on social media or in online groups. Also, try reaching out to people who might want to share it with their followers. 7) Watch how well your digital PR efforts are doing. Look at things like how many people visit your website, how many likes and comments your posts get, and if anyone is talking about you in the news. 8) Keep improving your digital PR based on what you learn. Try new things and see what works best for you. 9) Regularly explain to your leadership team what you're doing with digital PR and how it's helping the company. Show them how it's making a difference for the business. 10) Keep learning about digital PR and what's new in your industry. This way, you can keep improving and stay ahead of the competition.

  • @oneims
    @oneims3 ай бұрын

    @aliciapapo7825 part 2 ... When you're talking to your manager about digital PR, keep it simple and clear. Here's what you should focus on: 1) Start by explaining what digital PR means. 2) Explain how digital PR can help the agency get more clients and make more money. Also, explain how it can make your current clients happier. 3) Tell them that digital PR is just another way to help your clients succeed online. It's like adding extra toppings to a pizza-it makes it even better. 4) Let your manager know that digital PR can help your clients get noticed online and connect better with their customers. It's a win-win for everyone. 5) Tell them how you can measure the success of your digital PR efforts (things like website visits, social media likes, and mentions in the news). 6) Show your manager that by adding digital PR, you'll stay ahead of the game. You'll be able to offer more to your clients than other agencies can. 7) Share stories of other agencies or companies that have done well with digital PR. It'll help them see that it's worth a shot. We hope this answers your question! Best of luck!

    Can you do the same for KZread?

  • @SmarketerSam
    @SmarketerSam3 ай бұрын

    Yes, you can target people on KZread using email addresses through a feature known as Customer Match. This feature allows advertisers to upload lists of email addresses, which can then be matched against signed-in users on Google products like KZread. To use Customer Match, you need to ensure your account is in compliance with Google's policies, including obtaining consent from the individuals whose email addresses you're using. This targeting method is particularly useful for re-engaging customers, cross-selling, or promoting loyalty among your existing customer base. It's also a powerful tool for reaching specific segments of your audience with tailored messaging.

    As an independent sales rep, I've been preaching this exact thing to my manufacturer partners for years! I'm glad to have come across this discussion, which further validates my decision to begin offering more marketing services in addition to our commission-based sales rep agency. Sales and education to the customer needs to be driven from both sides, especially when non-exclusive distributors are involved. Too many manufacturers expect the reseller to do the work of creating demand for them, meanwhile the resellers prefer the easy sale over investing extra effort in to someone else's brand.

  • @oneims
    @oneims5 ай бұрын

    exactly! we're sure you feel it as a sales rep. One can't be an expert in everything in the world. You're an expert in your area, which is sales, and it's the company's responsibility to provide you with all the necessary tools and information to empower you to do your best work.

    Great convo guys. One thing I don’t agree is waiting longer than 3 months to make changes. I would do deep dive learning first 14 days, then start cutting low performing initiatives in the next 14 days. Month 2 we can start optimizing top innitiatives and by end of 90 days I should have a 10-20 % increase on overall performance.

    Been a webmaster for 22 years..its not that serious, lady if they want to buy, they will go through your site to buy. You dont know what youre talking about. If a customer wants to purchase, trust me, they will. it doesnt matter if the button is at a specific location or the color the damn button. they will find the button, they are not retards. Stop it.

    @MercedesAshleyOnline Thanks for sharing your opinion! This video is about conversion rate optimization, we're not saying 100% of conversions depend on the color of the button, but there are some improvements that can make it go up a certain percent. Funny I took companies from marketing companies as a private webmaster. The difference between the both is the private webmaster will do thorough work where the marketing company wants you to simply sign on and they are too busy managing 200 sites. They have 1 person working on 75 sites...what good can they possibly be if one worker is focused on 75 sites. I go in daily and keep that site and marketing on track on a daily basis, never neglecting all areas of marketing. Thats the difference. The private webmaster is solely working on your site 8 hours a day. You are better off hiring a well skilled private webmaster.= and assigning them solely to your company. This I know for sure after being in the business 22 years. Ive worked for marketing companies. I know what goes on in the background. They spend most of their time, trying to gain new businesses to sign with them, more so than worry about your site and marketing. And You the owner, will own and secure everything with a private webmaster. Whereas, the marketing company structures their marketing tactics to keep you and your site hostage. Ive seen this a thousand times over.

    What is the culture exactly? Why didn't these hires allign with the culture? If they have the skills to do the job correctly then why does workplace culture have anything to do with it? How do you manage to blame the job getting "discombobulated" and you dreading going in every day on the disruption of workplace culture? I don't understand how someone that can do a job correctly and fills areas you need can be seen as a bad thing because they "Didn't fit into the culture." As a laborer who stays lower on the ladder due to my education limitations, it's hard to wrap my head around this whole idea of workplace culture. Efficiency, planning, morale, and wages are what makes a job run smoothly. Culture could only really fall under morale, but even then, calling out a vague 'culture' for your workplace as a tool to outcast certain skilled laborers just because they "Didn't allign with the culture" seems like a great way to shoot yourself in the foot.

    I somewhat agree with you, but I think she’s referring to the people she hired being incompatible with the overall mentality of her group. For example she described her “culture” as being laid back. Maybe the new workers were use to a different pace and weren’t able to mesh well with their new environment.

    All I hear is in underperforming company becomes an economic opportunity for an investor or group to purchase and improve. In the exact opposite is Bill Gates having purchased tons of farmland with no obligation to make it productive or producing for the general good because he has no economic obligation to do so. He is so wealthy he can bypass any potential losses or debt so the land could lie fallow for ideological reasons rather than for good practices

    Not true to say we ship based on price. That's simply not true. I was shopping at a dollar general. I was. But every time I go in there, the two bitchy females working there are rude as hell to me. Rude as hell. I actually took my friend in there to stand behind me so I could have a witness to see how they try to rush me and talk down to me and take their sweet time talking to each other instead of ringing me up, etc which I noticed they don't do to other customers. only me. My friend actually witnessed this and we went back on a different day, same treatment, but we filmed it this time. So now, I shop at another store because the people working there are extremely nice. I don't care if it costs more. I don't care. I'd rather shop there where I'm welcome than get treated like shit at dollar general and I hope they keep getting sued and lose this battle they are currently in for advertising one price on the shelf but it scans for a higher price at the counter. Get sued and get everything that's coming to you dollar general you piece of shit
