@@reginaldcruz319 Not really. Guests are allowed but there are certain restrictions. It can be a day or two but you can’t really bring anyone to stay with you.

This applies at most of the companies in Australia. A few companies pay everyone the same rate irrespective of their age, but most companies in Australia have above 21 and under 21 pay rates. I work at Delaware North as a casual employee, and they have such rates. I work for Spark as well, and they follow this pay method as well. Search it up on google if you aren’t aware of this.

Hey, I got a 20% scholarship. You might be eligible for a full scholarship because you achieved above 85% in 12th. Consult with a Deakin authorised agent. They will guide you.

Hi Ayush, you will need over 80% in your 12th, and over 6.5IELTS. You will also have to demonstrate that you have performed well in extra curricular activities. Then it comes down to writing a statement of purpose for the scholarship, basically explaining why you deserve the scholarship.

Hey Ashutosh. You can enroll before coming in if you have the knowledge regarding your course and the core units. But it’s alright if you’re not too sure. What you can do is fix an appointment with a student central adviser and they will be able to guide you. You can visit the student central as well once you come down to the campus but sometimes you might lose out on a place in a particular unit due to high demand. Try booking an online appointment with a student central adviser if you can so that you can complete your enrolment before coming to the campus.
What's the cost for 4bhk and village? How to get information about Village on Burwood campus? Ta!
It’s around $280 per week. The village is like a big house where there are 10 rooms and a big living room alongside a kitchen.

Hey What about the roommate situation?
The roommates are chosen on a random basis and you won’t know who they are until you move in. There are certain things you can opt for while filling the application form like quiet housing, same course roommates etc.

The tax rate that I mentioned isn’t exactly 20%. It is 19% for income between $18201-$45000. For income between $0-$18200, you don’t pay any tax. The more money you earn, the more tax you pay.

Can you do a room tour?
Hey, I will be dropping a new video today regarding application and scholarships. The video will give you glimpse of the room at the beginning. I live in a two shared apartment, so there are like two bedrooms, 1 common room like for kitchen and dining table and a bathroom. Mine is the only two shared that’s kind of large compared to other two shared apartments. I would suggest that applying for a 4 shared or 6 shared or even the village would be better as you live with more people and the spaces are bigger so you do not feel like you are paying more for less. A private studio costs more but you wouldn’t get cleaning services which all the shared apartments get even though we pay less and the ones living in private studios pay more. I pay around $270 a week, that is around $1200 a month and the cleaning staff visits the apartment twice a week. Private studio residents pay around $330 a week, but miss out on cleaning services, and if they want the cleaning services, they have to pay extra for every service. Let me know if you have any questions. I will get back to you.

I'm considering applying for a 4 or 6 shared apartment once I'm used to everything and I was wondering if i could apply for those before the lease ends, 8 months in my case. I was also wondering how the roommates are chosen for 2 bedroom ones, is it random or do they have any criteria for it?
@@spongebobOwO you can apply for a different apartment but for the period after your lease expires, and you can leave the apartment midway as well maybe if you want to live elsewhere but you have to keep paying the fees until the end date of your contract or until they find a new resident for the apartment. Reminding your that two shared apartments are small especially the bathrooms. I fortunately got an accessibility apartment and my bathroom pretty good and large but other two shared apartments have ridiculously small bathroom. You step in and that’s the end.
