Do not rent or live any apartment in the borough of Manhattan because they are very expensive; Unlike the other borough of the The Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island you could get less expensive as New Yorker; even If I hit a jackpot lottery; I won’t throw the money that kind of lifestyle showing to the world of social media especially Manhattan.

I love a good idea..but realistically a good idea transitioned into months and sometimes years of dealing with system glitches and issues, until eventually if your lucky the system will eventually run as it was supposed to.... Every time I hear about a new system that has been implemented ..I just take a deep breath and get ready to expect the inevitable frustration that comes with new system...😖🙄

Land value tax instead of property tax. The land was more valuable than the property. They quickly would of used the land for something or sold it.

NOBODY "owns" property in the U.S other than the government. You're simply leasing/renting it. Not even Native American reservations. Don't pay your property taxes and see if you keep the property. If you have to PAY in order to keep something then you don't "OWN" it. The government OWNS the title to Native American reservation lands and can "legally" take whatever land on those reservations as they see fit.
