    This is just my take on this video. The 1st account I have a pretty difficult time believing that humans can interact with bigfoot. I've seen countless videos and nothing remotely make any sense that this story occurred since bigfoot seems to be extremely intelligent yet doesn't want to have anything to do with people. Yet here these bigfoot stood there calmly like human neighbors and "understood"? what was being said to them? Nah, don't believe this one. Good story though almost put me to sleep should have seen this earlier. The 2nd one started out by saying what sounded like she said a few beers ago. I'm sure it was years. Goodnight! Jesus is Lord. He said unless a man is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God. I live to share the gospel so lastly God loves you and Jesus died for your sins and is coming back soon. If your name is not written down in the book of life you cannot go to heaven. We all will stand before Jesus and give an account for our lives. God is Holy and just and doesn't want anyone to be separated from Him and the new earth as well as the new Jerusalem. Hope to see you through eternity! John 3:16.

    Back in the day, and being at one with nature, native Americans knew what they were talking about. Why would they make this bigfoot stories up??

    Not just zoom but 32-bit float devices is changing the game. I have the Rode Wireless Pro dual mic set up for recording disc golf content and it’s a breeze now. Just plug it up and hit record and mess with levels in post which I prefer doing. I just ordered the H6 E for capturing concert audio mainly connecting it to the mixer. I think it’s gonna change the game when it comes to that kind of stuff. I can’t wait to try it out next week. I’ve had many failed attempts at this with my H4n pro and H5. So this will be a big upgrade for sure. I’ve officially went full 32-but float for all my main audio. Never looking back

    Thank You to all who helped bring us these Makah stories! I have made a few hikes through that area in the mid- 70's, exploring from Neah Bay around Cape Flattery, a visit to the Makah Reservation, then back to Shi Shi, the Ozette digs, petroglyphs, and Cape Alava, camping as we went, then back inland bordering the Ahlstroms Prairie. The archeological dig was only just beginning back then, but the students there were great! We slept in in the wooden bunk bed lean-tos that bordered the trails. There was a near Cat 1 gale on the coast on one of those trips, and I loved it! Nature at its finest! It's an amazing region, full of peace and beauty, and endowed with spirits that kept our voices mostly quiet along the way; not out of fear - but reverence. The forests feel like a living colony, encompassing all things, where 'green' is more than just a color, but feels like a life force! Occasionally I had the sense of being watched, but I wouldn't tell anyone if I HAD seen a Bigfoot, for the same reason that Ms. Castle said; they certainly don't need any hassle from a bunch of city slickers and scientists, and there's a fair argument to be made that WE are disturbing THEIR land. Humans made their choice over half a million years ago, so the best we can do is declare "détente", and leave our ancient Brothers alone. (I imagine they'll let YOU know if you're getting too close!)

    I am under the impression that there is absolutely NO line in port in the ZOOM H6 Essential unit. Which makes the possession of H4 essential even more appealing , especially if you are using a wireless mic trying to utilize the 32bit float. Like you do in your example. Furthermore , If someone has a Hollyland LARK M2 unit , he/she can have 32bit float in TWO (2!!!) seperate wireless mics/channels , connected through the LINE IN port of the H4 unit. Thank you for your truly enlightening video.

    Great video, you deserve more views. The H6essential is not a lot more expensive, which one do you consider for run and gun filmmaking, interviews, etc.? I saw a video by another KZreadr and he didn’t like the new series, what’s your opinion (pre amps, build quality, etc.) on that? I am little confused, because I like zoom products but he seemed so negative about it that it’s a lazy product range and you should wait for the future “Pro” series or something else. But the price is pretty good.

  • @JasonToddRoberts
    @JasonToddRoberts2 ай бұрын

    It seems like there is basically no preamps in a traditional sense. It's more like the unit is capturing what could be descibed as RAW audio and no processing is done. It would be nice to have a little compression in the recorder but the files are east to work with in post. I was contemplating putting it side by side to an older unit and making some presets to match what people are used to hearing the can be applied to the H4 and H6 essential

  • @JasonToddRoberts

    I would have got the H6 essential if I could afford it at the time. I'm guessing longer battery life and more inputs.I have a couple more weeks to send the H4 essential back. I do like how small the H4 essential is and most of the time I don't need more that 4 inputs for what I do.

    I know both those feelings well. The pain of the daily stuff and people not getting it. I'm autistic as is my son. Last year he asked to take the bus and I was so proud. Unfortunately his excitement of the bus did not overcome his anxiety on the bus :( He had trouble with staying seated etc... He started taking the special education bus as part of his IEP but a couple weeks into this school year we pulled him from in person and gave him enrolled in the online program (still Auburn Schools though) It's a tough life for kiddos and adults alike. Thank you for sharing.

    To our beloved MAKAH friends, and to all the MAKAH people…As the terrible news comes back this way in bits and pieces, all I can say is our hearts and prayers are with every one of you during this painful time. As an outside chronicler and champion of your remarkable history, all I can offer is this reminder back to you: the Makah are not just survivors, but people who have survived with their hearts, humor, and souls in tact. Since the 1850s, you have endured the unspeakable, and you are still here, still thriving, and still filled with great courage and love and joy. Klecko for the great example and inspiration that give to all the world…

    14:47 That was no coyote thats for sure. But it doesn't sound like anything i ever heard either, I have heard something scream before but it was deeper & bigger not as long though. So that one must of been pretty angry. They do like to mimic coyotes though, At least the ones i've encountered mimic the sounds of coyotes playing & barking, until they start whistling. To let you know who it is. Ive heard the mimicking of birds as well. Interesting thing. Ayo Hawwah Great Spirit Bless.

    If you take a look at how the Maori used their similar clubs for thrusting movements. They would split the opponent's face with a thrusting jab right into the face. For a non-lethal stunning blow they thrust into the solar plexus to knock the opponent out without killing them.,
