Can I fit trend T8?
The plate is only pre-drilled for Triton Routers. you can however drill your own mounting holes to accommodate your specific router.
The cope bit depth of cut here is 1.25” and the tendon is 1”. So For those looking for this info like I was. The right setting for the bit seems to be .25” deeper than your tendon, to get the cope cut. 4sure test before Final Cut. 😅

Excellent work
Do you make them with a 1/8 shank for dremels?
I'm afraid these are too large for a Dremel to spin efficiently, no. Sorry we can't help with this one.
excellent video and template system!
Thanks for making this! I have one of these from years ago and coudn't recall how to use it lol. I think the one I had before I had to actually disassemble and flip the cutters.
This jig looks identical to one I got from Amazon with a different name. I hope yours is better quality that what I got.
Is that called Jacking when the wood separates when screwing ?
Yes, that is one term for it, though I'm not sure I'd call it a "woodworking" term. Might be a bit old school, but then, so am I!
Is there a way to change where the X and Y are, my machine is not oriented the same way in UGS, so I have to move everything backwards.
Thank you, great video and you made it that much easier to understand the setup, and love those jigs,
Glad it helped
I have this mitre trimmer and use it all the time. I love it. Usually I send the blades out to be professionally sharpened but this last time I hand xharpened them on my new waterstones with good success.
Very nice jig !! Good job Andrew !
Great products ! Set up blocks take the errors out of matching pieces ! Thank you!
How do you make the extended mortice?
we do address this in our door-building series, check out the following link: kzread.info/dash/bejne/kWSIwaigpc29lLg.html
@@InfinityTools thank you 😊
Can these cutters be stacked for 2x taller profiles?
Its a 1pc cutter head with both rail and stile on the same head, no way to stack it to achieve a taller profile.
Thanks for the tutorial.
Hi, thank you for your video. could you please write brand of the chisels that you use. Thank you
We use the Narex Bench chisels 00-700 & Narex Mortise chisels 101-813 in the video. Both are available at www.infinitytools.com
Hi I have a 708 .mitre saw will your product fit
if your saw is a DWS708 item 100-334 will fit, see the link below: infinitytools.com/products/z-c-i-for-dewalt-miter-saws?_pos=1&_psq=dewalt+miter&_ss=e&_v=1.0
The perfect size table and it looks great
Perfect 👌 👍👍👍👍👍👍
will the mini power feeder work on this if clamped to a bench?
While this router table will handle most full-size features, I would hesitate to add the mini power feeder. Even with it being clamped to the bench for stability, there is limited top surface to mount the power feeder.

I noticed the sled does not seem to sit completely flat on your table saw. I noticed this when you were checking to make sure your blade is at 90 deg. This was also what I experienced after putting it all together. The miter bar sits about 1/16” above my miter slot bottom as if the dado infinity CNCed was not deep enough. I see your using a saw stop and that is what I have. That said I only had to adjust the side to side play on the miter bar. Although the sled does not sit completely flat it makes full contact with both sides of the sled to about 4.5” to 5” from the edges inward so there is no tilting. It just seems like infinity didn’t get the miter bar slot depth as good as they could have. 😏
What would the wood project reveal if you added the Eye Candy to the Mixol using lacquer as your vehicle. My goal is to spray the Mixol with Nitrocellulose Lacquer along with the Eye Candy to give my guitar a shimmer.
These products lend themselves to mixing and experimenting. You should be able to achieve some interesting effects! Obviously you'll need to test for viscosity for spraying, but should be interesting. Enjoy!
@@InfinityTools Thank you, that's what I intend to do - experiment on test pieces of wood. It should be fun, and who knows what effect I will achieve. My goal is to create a "dark cherry" that will have a shimmer to it.
Amazing how they keep pushing the expected resupply date. Why not just take it off their website.
Unfortunately we are dealing with the impact of a global economy. A number of our products are sourced from Israel, and you may have noticed some conflict in that area. Be assured we are working to secure other sources for these products, and as such our optimism remains. So we will continue to update our resupply dates until we have product in stock . Thank you for your interest!
Or maybe you guys could not have a have a result date stated on your site, or even better have an option to leave an email when it’s back in stock.
Super just what I need to help me achieve cuts for tenons & miter locks
Perfect just what I need for the lock miter bit!
EXACTLY what I needed to see and hear!!! You, my friend, ROCK!!!
I deffo get one
Too bad you don't sell just the set-up jigs on their own!
We do! Look for 00-LMM. infinitytools.com/products/2-pc-lock-miter-master-jig-set-for-3-8-1-3-16-stock
Where does people use these cutters? I mean doesn’t look like you can use it with your .5” routers. Does it need a special machine?
These are Shaper Cutter Heads designed to be used on a shaper. Completely different machine than a router.
Thanks. I have found out we can use these on Spindle Moulder machines.
Very nice showcase. Thank you for this video.
👍🐯👍 Kunz having a frog that can adjust without removing the blade gives kunz the advantage over a bedrock because you still have to loosen the screws to release the retaining pins in order to remove the frog. The adjustment on the kunz reminds me of the shaws patent sargent #14, in that you only use a single action to move the blade. That's for sharing. Cheers
I've got a WEN track saw, and a 2 1/2" shop vac, will this work??
This set will work with 99% of the shop vacuums available. Check this page for more details: www.infinitytools.com/quick-snap-small-tool-dust-collection-hose-with-flex-adaptors
AWESOME. Will have to order this!
What material do you use to buff off
A cotton rag is preferable, but anything soft will work well.
Is using these router bits safe when relying on the ball bearing on the router bits instead of the router fence? I am making an S-curved bottom stile and an S-curved top stile for wainscoting in a stairwell. It’s a big router bit, and the stiles are only 3", thus the question.
Thanks for reaching out to us, unfortunately we do not have any experience in performing that type of operation.
Sounds dangerous and kinda sketchy, how’d it go?
@@WniGrup It actually went really well. Then again a rather big work piece.
Can you make dowel holes on the face of a board? This would allow for joining two boards perpendicular to each other.
Certainly, but this jig will only help to drill the end-of-board locations, then you'd use those holes to locate the locations on the face of the second board.
I have one of those cute little trimmers. Used to have an Oliver No. 2 which weighed about 400 pounds.
Anything like that for 20 mm clamping holes?
I'm afraid we don't offer a clamp like that, but some are available. Many will use a 20mm plate that the base clamp attaches to. Good luck with your search!
Use them , Love them
360p come on, That is unwatchable . Must be at least 720 or more. I stopped watching after 42 seconds Kind regards Hans
A good tip there, on making a cut without a centre hole. Going to copy that one.
I pressed the link and it said this is no longer available at that site. Where can it be purchased?
Try this link: www.infinitytools.com/quick-snap-small-tool-dust-collection-hose-with-flex-adaptors
Great review. Do you have a video for the router. Thanks
No, we do not offer a video on just the Router at this time.
My mega v xl runs smooth as butter. No issues whatsoever with the wheels. The later models or the pro model has linear rails tho. The only issue I have that I’m trying to solve is that I have the plasma version and the large welded plasma table can wobble at high speeds. If you stay within the recommended speed ranges it is ok but I’d like to be able to run it at higher speeds for some projects. Not a deal breaker but just like with any hobby grade machine there will always be a few things you’ll want to setup for your own purposes and intended use for your machine.
Can the dust collection adapter on the right side be removed and placed on the left end of the fence?
Yes, you can switch the port location to either end. Just a few screws!
Thank you!@@InfinityTools
Can I use Clear Cut TS guides instead for the router table, I've got two complete sets and only use one for the table saw.
No, The table saw stock guides are not designed to be used on a router table.
@@InfinityTools OK, but I tried it on the router table this evening and it works perfectly for long boards that aren't 100% flat, making baseboard mouldings.
