  I know anyone can Google, but just because there is some confusion in the comment section, and because this song is so close to my heart, I will say, this song is well known and has been sang throughout Africa. The version you all may be referring to was Co-written by Phil Thompson and Zenzo Matoga (a worship leader from Malawi, Africa). Hope this lovingly clears some things up, and gives due, and well deserved credit, to origins, writers and all worshippers/ musicians alike; while of course, bringing honor to the God of the lyrics. Beautiful song, and beautifully lead worship. <3

  Lord, help us to not conform to this corrupt world, but to allow You, Christ, into Every part of our lives, really surrendering to You and to stay focused on what really matters as we repent and follow You and Lord, help us be a blessing to a lot of people, making it a goal to be a blessing to at least one person a day, helping by the example we lead, showing Your precious love, sharing Your Truth, as we try our best to not let people or situations stop us from being the person You want us to be. Thank You for letting us come to You, no matter how broken we are and You give us salvation and a new start, with guidance and love thats better than what any person can give us.   Good basic gospel of Jesus Christ song ! Brings back good memories of sitting in church as a kid and singing it loudly , plus I saw enough actual miracles that I KNEW the message was true ! Then when I was older had enough actual miracles happen around me that I never had any reason o doubt it then either. I feel sorry for people who never had praying and believing parents and never experienced those mighty workings of God .
