1 hour practices? I wish! Mine were 2.5 hours. Haha! I used to practice for 2.5 hours on my tumbling beforehand because I loved tumbling and begged my tumbling coach everyday.😅

I feel the same way!!! (about dance, not cheer) 1 hour is not enough, I would feel so rushed to perfect my moves that I'd probably end up hurting myself🤕 It's better to do something for long periods with breaks instead of short times, at least for me. Same with studying, I'm not learning anything otherwise :/

Does Bonnie realize that they can’t move Alayna mid season right before the US finals? That would honestly be a terrible idea because then everyone would have to wait for alayna to learn the routine and those girls on youth silver have been together for the season and throwing someone new in before a major competition would be a disaster
