video looks amazing, just one thing I can't understand, why do you need to drag so much metal thought this poor soil. things could be done so much simplier.

That's a great jig you've made there. I will remember this if I need to cut pipe with my everlast plasma cutter.

When you need to do a lot of repetitive cuts a jig can save tons of time. I need to make more jigs for my powerplasma cutter.

Hi.. This is pertaining your video almost 4 years ago, It was about a home made improvised pipe cutting tool. Was very much interested in it have some pipes to cut and was looking for an automated tool.. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

Dean, I like to learn about this equipment. I think it's pretty neat. I have about 300 pipes which range between 30-40 inch OD and about .90 inches in thickness. Was looking for some automated system to get this job done on a quick note. Can you advise me on this? I tried calling agriweld out in OR but it appears the their phone number is not active.

It wasn't bad at all, we cut about 20 sections and on each section they were about 1.5mm off square! It took no more than half an hour to cut them all. Dean

@TheHally2795 Yes, they are. A 4 bale accumulator is currently £3495 and a 6 bale accumulator, as shown above is £4195.00. Prices do not include delivery or VAT. Thanks for your comments.

@agriweld1 well its a brilliant idea, are they for sale?

@TheHally2795 Andrew Manfield, a straw contractor approached me with his idea of a quadrant bale accumulator, to fit his Case IH CVX which used hydraulic rams to clamp the bales. However, after designing and quoting a price for Andrew's idea, he decided the costs were too high, and asked me, Dean Foster, to come up with a new design to decrease costs, which I did as seen above, using two tines at the rear and two serrated discs that dig into the bale in order to hold it in place during movement.

Yes it would adjust to take D1000 and were thinking of making the unit to carry 4 bales on front linkage and 4 bales on rear due to the fact the unit is a bit wide to transport down the road because it is not hyd folding. As well as we are thinking of making a unit to fit Telehandler, which would be able to stack and possibly carry 2-4 bales on top of each other, depending on bale size, with some cunning greedy boards. Yes the baler does have an accumulator on it.

thats a good idea. Would it take D1000s and i take it the baler has an accumalator on it?
