  On my app it's working without any problems. Check if your Instagram is up to date, otherwise try once again to open your chat and tap and hold down just a millimetre above your keyboard bar and slowly swipe towards the top until you see Vanish mode slowly loading as you swipe. Hope this helps.

  Try logging out of your account after you change the country, exit the application and log back in. If this doesn't work try choosing another option from the list. Hope this helps a little. Best regards!

  The only idea that comes to my mind with these type of things, similar to some answers I gave here before is to do the same as you did but try a different region, because different regions of the world may allow or deny certain things, it may also depend on the server that you connect to. If you want a specific country, try other options from the list and log in and out to refresh. Hope this helps you a little, best regards!

  You must be over 18 and you must have over 1000 followers to go "Live" on TikTok . If you don't have at least 1,000 followers or are under the age of 18, you will not see the "Live" feature on your account. Sometimes, just maybe, if you are at least 16 years old and don't yet have 1,000 followers, maybe you can send a request to TikTok for the "Live" feature. Those are the only conditions that I am aware of.
