  Worked for coulson air crane in the late 80's,early 90's hook tending and choking logs ,we would get dropped off doing toe in or hover drop offs. One time getting back into the bell 500 on a hover pick up. A big co worker didnt gradually load his weight onto the bird and pulled it down. The rotor hit the ground and luckily we didnt crash, 2 if us were already onboard . Sketchy af.

  Wow. The trust that dude has in the pilot is truly incredible. Almost as incredible as the pilot's skill. Impressive.
