If you like crashing and carnage, especially diecast cars and trucks, LEGO airplane crahses, floods, fires, anything destructive, you will enjoy this channel!
As mesmerising and incredible to watch as this is knowing just how expensive and how long it would take to dry it pains me I still love it non the less

Agreed but rebuilding LEGO crashes and drops is oddly something we enjoy, ha ha! We might be dropping this from a second story onto pavement so that'll be really painful! The rebuild will be longer than if it was out of the box!

Do you have any advice on an ultra slow motion camera that is reasonably priced? All i need is maybe 500 to 1000 fps and I've been searching for so long and it's almost impossible for me to find something that isn't for scientific use and costs thousands 😐
@KingdomofCarnage10 күн бұрын
Hey Supster! Options for really good slow mo are getting better and better! One option is cameras that shoot 240fps, like the GoPro 10 and above, (and cameras like our Sony A7SIII) are pretty nice as long as there's plenty of light. Depending on the complexity of the scene, you can slow this down quite a bit in Adobe Premiere Pro and use the "optical flow" in Speed/Duration, sometimes it's amazing the way it interpolates the slow motion, sometimes it's better than other times depending on what's happening. I don't have this camera, but I hear some people love the Sony ZV1 for getting up to 1000fps. The duration is only a few seconds but that's all you need. I'm not sure the resolution but uprezing these days is getting better too. We shoot with the Vision Research Phantom Miro LC320s when we can, but it's pretty crazy $$, we got it for some brand projects on our other channel, Gabe and Garrett (which we haven't been working much for a long while). This camera shoots 1500fps at full HD, can go much higher fps with lower resolutions, but we usually only do 1000fps with planes and speed ramp because it gets pretty slow. But we use our A7SIII and GoPros at 240 quite a bit too. For ultra slow mo, light is your friend. I also hear some Android based phones can shoot at 900 or 1000fps for a second or two? We have iPhones so I'm not sure. But I'd go GoPro 10-12 at 240 and slow down more if needed, or the Sony ZV1.
@KingdomofCarnage10 күн бұрын
Also, we're uploading a LEGO Titanic drop into a pool video right now and all the underwater slow mo is from a GoPro 10 shot at 240fps and slowed down to around 10%. We even did the GoPro slowed to 5% and with Optical Flow is looked great but it was actually too slow. The Titanic dropping into the pool was shot with the Phantom, I think one at 1000fps, one at 1500fps.
