  Had one prick my finger when I was separating it from a pest snail. It startled me and left a mark like a mosquito bite and felt like a minor bee sting that went away after half an hour. I didn't know they could strike at people. I've had them for years and never experienced them doing that before. I'm pretty sure it mistook my finger for the other snail because they won't do it when you hold them without food.

  😕Yes this is one demerit. I clean it with micro fibre cloth and take utmost care. As of now in 3 years scratch are very less.

  Dear Kartikeyan: I find the best deals, on aquatic flora and fauna at swap meets, of my, local, fish club. I also clean the plant tank, at my, local, pet store. In recompense, I am allowed to take all the plants, which have come loose, from bunches, in that tank. Why did you order yellow and blue Neocaridina davidi? I thought you were already cross-breeding same, to come up with green shrimp. Did you order more, to acquire new, breeding stock? My, red cherry shrimp are all descended from three individuals, which expired several, years ago. My stock are not facing any, noticeable issues, due to inbreeding.   I think these snails are more of a mystery than mystery snails I was wondering if they ate more than their prey and that snout is wild. Didn't know they did that.

  Lots of things. Indian almond leaves release tannins that benefit the Betta and darken the water to a more natural look they are used to. Leaves are also used to heal fin rot and other Betta issues.
