  I think the machine is set to high for Case 1 , you can see the metal being pulled way to hard. Maybe if the user decreased the power and shortened the time period , the dents would not be pulled upwards like that.

  Translation: I haven't tried it, but one guy owns a Betag and a Power PDR box for hail damage, he said he uses both but for different appkications. The Power PDR you have to remove the paint from underneith or the backside for metal contact.
