TO YOUR UPLIFTING

TO YOUR UPLIFTING

On this channel I help you train your mind so you can have a career and relationships you desire.

I am Dragana Spica. I went from Investment Banking in London to qualifying as a Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapist.

Why?
So I could help myself when no other therapy method was really helping.

What happend?
Career challenges and a divorce all hit at the same time, while I was living in London, away from my home country and my family.

And now?
:) I succeeded in helping myself - I love myself and life more and more each day.
My "job" is my passion - helping others feel better through hypnotherapy.
I live in Italy and I am currently in the best feeling relationship I ever had, with my current husband:)

If I could do it, you can do it too.

    I listen to lots of videos and some resonate. Yours resonated deeply. My soul heard you loud and clear 😭🩷 Been miserable in career and love. Failed roles and relationships. I realize they taught me so much. To listen to my gut, don’t do things because it’s what is deemed socially ‘successful’, never settle or compromise my values. I need to cultivate self value vs external value. It’s so hard 😭. I’ve been getting messages loud and clear to meditate. I tried on a Thursday night and next day I got into car accident (not major but now need to repair damage to car). Work feels like being in a third party relationship. I do mostly the same things as my counterpart but I am not valued the same way. Need to look for another job. Im also the most overweight Ive ever been my whole life. My mind is telling me I will be judged by that and rejected 😪 I could go on but I’ll spare you. Thank you for your video 🪷

    Thank you for sharing ❤ Start believing you deserve better. You said "it's hard". And continuing like this is easy? So which "hard" do you choose? You are more worthy, lovable and capable then you can ever think of❤

    When you say "tell your brain", which "you" are you talking about? Isn't the brain creating the "you"?

  • @toyouruplifting
    @toyouruplifting3 күн бұрын

    Very good question 😊 "You" are not your brain. Just like you are not your liver or your lungs, for example. These are parts of your physical body that each have a specific role. Just like your brain. Your brain's n1 job is to keep you alive. Another job of your brain is to do what you tell it to do - with your thoughts and your words (even when you talk to others). I hope this clarifies it😊❤

    @@toyouruplifting thank you. What is the You? Where is it?

  • @toyouruplifting
    @toyouruplifting3 күн бұрын

    "You" is your consciousness, awareness, energy, soul - whatever you want to call it. Now fasten your seatbelt for this one - 95% of your brain is your subconscious mind. This is where all the habits (of thinking, feeling, believing, acting and reacting) are stored. Most of these we have picked up by the age of 3-4. Very often we believe that "you" is equal to these habits that we also call your personality. "You" is not that. When you stop and observe, for axample, a habit of reacting a certain way that you have just done again. The "you" is the one observing, not the one doing the habit. Hope that answers your question😊

  • @StuartJ
    @StuartJ3 күн бұрын

    @@toyouruplifting A agree "you" is the one observing. "You" are not your thoughts (your observing them). The thoughts appear to come from the logic and reasoning of the brain (picked up from a lifetime of conditioning). What I am struggling with is when you say "tell your brain". Isn't that just your brain talking to your brain?

  • @toyouruplifting
    @toyouruplifting3 күн бұрын

    @@StuartJ That is your conscious "you" telling your brain what you want. And your brain takes it as an order. Your brain will operate as per the memorised subconscious habits. And when I say "tell your brain", I mean wake up, interrupt the subconscious habit and give your brain a better instruction from a conscious "you". Hope that make sense😊

    I've been for more than a decade with my husband. Our relationship has been healing to me. At the beginning, it was such a new thing for me to be loved and supported that we needed many conversations about it. For example, I didn't have the confidence to drive and he used to drive me to work. It was hard to belive that he wasn't bothered about it, so once I cried and told him that I felt bad that he would have to take me to places. What he told me was a surprise: he said it was a pleasure to him and he was grateful to have the opportunity to do it. In other ocasion, I was really sensitive about something because I was in my PMS. I apologized later for my meltdown and he said: when you are like that is when I have to love you even more. He still assures me every day. I also love his mother and I feel that his ability to give love came from her. If you had a toxic childhood or relationship, know you are deserving of love. Try to find your self love, even if is really hidden inside of you. IT IS THERE. Work on your healing with a professional if you need it. Don't give up on you, believe that healthy relationships are possible and don't accept less. ❤
