Healthy Fit Self

Health, Fitness and The Good Things In Life

When I started this Channel I was a mostly Vegan Vegetarian. I experimented a lot with diet and after more than 20 years of being Vegan or Vegetarian, I’m back to eating meat.

This channel is partly about the experimental road to health. I haven’t deleted a single video because I want you to see everything so you can learn from my fails and wins; You’ll see multiple transformations.

This channel is also about lifestyle. I enjoy finding the best things in life and sharing them with you.

Most of all, I want to share my experience with you rather than tell you what to do. As you’ll see in this channel, I’ve gone through a lot of changes. We are all learning, and the experience we share is truly valuable. I want to share with you and learn from you too.

    It's such a shame that you don't seem to possess the empathy to help you understand why most people turn vegan. It's not because they want to look lean and ripped, that's such an ego driven rationale. Compassionate vegans are helping save lives. What are you doing other than having innocent animals killed, so you can eat their tortured corpses?

    I don’t know why people have trouble with it. I use it when my pain gets really bad since most analgesics lower the seizure threshold. Seems to be the only thing that doesn’t. It is definitely easier just not doing it if I want to. But I also use like 2 puffs at night.

    Bs1: You assume that athletes are the healthiest people. And that the whole system isn't biased. You also believe that the lack of evidence means it is disproven. It isn't so. Bs2: I take what health organizations say over the "thrust me, bro, I saw some sick vegan kids." Bs3: Proofs exist only in mathematics and logic, not in science. Mathematics and logic are both closed, self-contained systems of propositions, whereas science is empirical and deals with nature as it exists. The primary criterion and standard of evaluation of scientific theory is evidence, not proof. All else equal (such as internal logical consistency and parsimony), scientists prefer theories for which there is more and better evidence to theories for which there is less and worse evidence. Proofs are not the currency of science.

    Evidence? Without a single scientific study? I mean, seriously, the meat industry has done so much counter-vegan spin that you could have at least found one. ONE.

    Came here expecting to see facts and studies. Instead you vomitted meat bias all over the screen. Serena Williams is a vegan, top level athlete that went vegan in 2012 and has won the US open multiple times as a long term vegan. The American dietetic association approves of vegan diets for all stages of life. Stop mouthing your biasd opion off like its factuel and stick to what you know.

    Any performance enhancing anything is inherently a cheat and risk at worst and a con-fonder at best :) The exercise we should do is walk and climb and swim and roam the tropics to eat all the best fruits and help the trees we love grow even more without any habitat destruction just smart planting of their seeds :)

  • @adriangabrielgramada1016
    @adriangabrielgramada10165 ай бұрын

    Nice :) The workout :) The food ... not so much :) Keeping to awesome colorful tropical fruits and mostly raw stuff in general :) Not pure vegan or anything else but going for it for completely different reasons like true food independence once my universal vehicle will allow me to travel all over and eating fruits for free :) Also true fuel and energy independence obviously and ZERO service downtime :)

  • @adriangabrielgramada1016
    @adriangabrielgramada10165 ай бұрын

    If something is abundantly clear. Is that getting back to our natural raw diet of tropical fruits because Nature made us the perfect machines to do that and spread seeds is very hard and sometimes deadly. But the bottom line is at least trying to find that truth in oneself instead of just coasting along as a lost creature driven by satisfaction and compromise instead of true fulfillment by living in full harmony with and within Nature. So symbiotically and efficient and forever happy that nothing modern would ever be of interest. Possibly a fully organic technology based on solely carbon (ash) and silica (sand) to build everything from even arks and spaceships but perhaps more interesting floating / flying full body armors all throughout ones lifetime ;) But in no way shape or form ever downgrade to all this "marvelous" present world ;)

    What type of veganism :) ? The SA|d kind ? Raw mostly ? Fruits ripe and warm ? Fasting cycles ?

  • @adriangabrielgramada1016
    @adriangabrielgramada10165 ай бұрын

    Just out of curiosity, how much grains and cocked vegetables and starch was present in your 20+ years of veganims :) ? How much processed and ultra processed vegan "foods" ? Did you ever transitioned to a raw version or even better a fruit version (maybe even juices) ? Have you ever fasted for prolonged periods of time (1-4 weeks or more) and really sat down with your body and mind to hear their messages ? This here, the proper fasting cycles is the key and not so much the foods. Or, were you just anti-meat but all else goes just because it comes from a plant ;) Thx ;)

    I think what speaks for his way of living and diet is that he looks better and better over the years. His hair nowadays is amazing! I don't think it's wig :) His diet which includes urine therapy and proper cleansing is not just raw vegan or vegan like amateurs do it and then quit cause they fail to see that without proper cleansing and without cutting out starch rich foods bit by bit (Arnold Ehret Mucusless diet is nice for that), it does not work. Without cutting out processed foods and raw cane and especially refined white sugar and bread and thermophilic yeast your body will lack minerals cause these foods need higher amount of minerals to get processed than they actually bring AND they feed microbiome that is parasitic not symbiotic and it takes YEARS same amount of years one ate sugar, starches, wheat, overbred fruit, overbred vegetables full of glyphosate which raises bad bacteria, years one ate processed foods and supermarket milk products (homogenized and pasteurised) and shit to rebalance the microbiome and to turn it into symbiotic again not parasitic. You have to understand it is not just what you eat, it is what your microbiome makes out of it. If it is symbiotic you have to eat little and gain full potential from food. If it is parasitic you have to eat to feed it and it won't help you to gain full potential of food cause it is not bacteria that is capable or even wired to do that. That's why it is so important what one eats but even more how much one is cleansed and what microbiome one has to process nutrients. And fact is that human microbiome that is symbiotic in nature feeds off of greens like wild herbs and kimchi and alike and not starch or dead corpses from animals (animal corpses contain minerals which can be found in wild herbs not the supermarket shit of overbred plants.. you can find B12 in dog feces would you eat dog feces though? same with minerals). Case closed.

    I don't think that one diet suits all. We all have different nutritional requirements. We just need to be more in tuned towards what makes us feel good and or bad and base our dietary needs which cater towards achieving a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally. Great video!

    Hi ! Fasting. You forgot about fasting properly, repeatedly and for long enough. Just changing fuel even if "fully" organic and vegan isn't auto-magically going to reverse all the problems and junk in ones cells ... If you ahve watched all his videos as I have (also fascinated by him :)) he really dives into the idea of cleaning the temple and then having guests. Your vegan experience was simply inviting high end guests of not so good mixing also in a not so clean temple :) Also, the whole idea about cleanliness and all is firstly in the mind as for him it is clear that's the only way forward and that, as he says multiple times throughout many videos and podcasts, any shadow of a doubt or cheating attitude is a sign of not being actually ready to realy make achange. A change must be desired with every bit of the mind+ body and only then can one be truly testing the limits. The simplicity of thought and living led him to fruits and fasting together (he jumped arround most of Island while fasted for more than a week :))

    He is not anti-meat or looking out to spread that message actively :) He is more lie eat your meat like a real carnivore, puss, worms, hair, guts and all (with or without the hunting part). That's why he posted that video with the road kill and how "tasty" it looks :) Also, any small child left to choose things to eat would never even think of hunting, killing or touching corpses and instead search for soft colourful sweet juicy plants ;) That's his message = be true to your nature of a raw frugivore as Nature intended
