    Hangers spaced too far apart. Hangers are cheap. Use more instead of less.

  • @CarpentryandCars

    True I agree but theres very little sq ft of roof here and I went with less but I shouldve put more in you're right. From gutter guys with more experience than me ive been taught that 3ft apart is "standard" now, but thats just what ive been taught, I could be wrong

    Sir you hang some ugly gutters, if you want to be a professional let my guys teach you ! Just bc you THINK you know doesn’t mean you do. Too many screws on your mitres, laziness, not enough hangers and you probably charge cheap. It was a headache hearing you say “that’s just the way I do it “ or “I’ve never had any problems”. Have some standards.

    Why is your guillotine handle on the opposite side of your controls. I would change that so you could make your cut without walking around the gutter.

    Yeah the gutter is behind the drip edge, theres never a situation where the gutter wouldnt be behind the drip edge. It would just leak if the back wasnt installed behind

    In Texas my house is build in 1997. The used wood 1x2 instead of drip edge. Drip edge is now code with my new roof. I have installed my gutters under the 1x2 and plan to rip the metal gutters bottom say 1.5 " and slip under the drip edge to ensure the water does not drop down the facia.

    Everyone love to hate Milwaukee hand tools and I don’t get why??? Yes other brands make a very similar product and typically but not always Taiwan made and yet they’re okay and happy with the other brand from Taiwan but yet miwlaukee is junk?? I don’t get it I don’t think they’re junk I have Milwaukee wrenches sockets a few ratchets hand full of vice grips , drill bits , hex bits etc etc and all my Electric stuff too. People say junk I say what ever because it cost a fraction for a tool truck tool and I sue them ever day on class 8 trucks and trailers and the hold up just fine.

  • @EvanLugin
    @EvanLugin11 ай бұрын

    I can tell you why - certain group of people in this industry/hobby intend to have brand loyalty purposely for the reasons they don’t even know. Yes, Snap on and Matco die hard fan boys are the most of them, when a $200 Milwaukee impact beat the snot of their beloved $1k snap on matco, they thought it was the end of the world especially they were still paying that loans. Now in recent times, Milwaukee, Gearwrench and whole bunch of made in Taiwan and China hand tools performing 80-90% of their still-paying-loan snap on or Matco for the price of 1/5-1/3. They finally can’t take it anymore, the hand tools segment is literally their last hope. Not only for the “good old times” but mostly for the money they still owe. That’s why.

  • @user-rr4hr7bz7n
    @user-rr4hr7bz7n11 ай бұрын

    @@EvanLugin don’t get me wrong as much as I love my Milwaukee hand tools (sockets, wrenches, few ratchets and vice grips) I know they’re not perfect and the brand on the side of the tool isn’t indicative of the brand (icon and Milwaukee wrenches feature the same open end but other than that the design is different so yes they’re brothers from the same factory in Taiwan) but my point is they get my job done just fine every day and I’m not some DIY’er I work on diesel truck and trailers every day (fleet maintenance) do I own snap on tools? I absolutely do because SOMETIMES you just gotta even for the price but I only buy snap on when I need to. If I can find ANY brand specially Taiwan made and it’s gets the job done I’m buying it

  • @EvanLugin
    @EvanLugin11 ай бұрын

    @@user-rr4hr7bz7n Nah man you have got me wrong, I wasn't saying Snap On or Matco was bad, in fact, they were great, if not, the best. They can charge whatever they want and people still buying them, cash or not, they did it willingly. My post was to answer your original post saying "you don't get why people love to hate Milwaukee hand tools". Not gonna repeat myself here but yeah, you got the idea.
