    It was an episode of X Minus One. If you search "X Minus One" on google, you should end up at archive.org which has, I believe, all of the episodes. archive.org/details/OTRR_X_Minus_One_Singles

    @@pontimaniac2303The Great Gildersleeve was always a crack-up. Lum and Abner, was just ok, and never really grabbed me. I quite enjoyed, Sam Spade, CBS Mystery Theater (1,399 episodes!), Broadway Is My Beat (great opening monologue and closing monologue) and some of the horror stuff.

    Thanks, Jack, for posting THIS piece, and two other episodes of "The Radio Arcade," from four decades ago. Being a dinosaur, I haven't heard it since I listened on the radio in 1982. Are you able to point me to THE CAMPAIGN GAME, which is episode two?

    What I should use to rip it to share? I actually have it on CD. Could you steer me to where episodes 3 and 4 are? I seem to have misplaced disc 2

  • @JackFlanders
    @JackFlanders Жыл бұрын

    @@scottkelly9139 Sorry for the delay in replying. I taped episodes 3 and 4 from NPR radio some time in the 80's. I've searched for the CDs and never had any luck. If you are on Windows, here are the directions in general. *Open Windows Media Player. Insert an audio CD into the PC's CD drive. Select the Rip CD button Rip CD button.* Or search, "How to rip a cd for _____your computer system____" and go from there. Sharing... Set-up an account at archive.org, and anyone can download without making an account. There's also spotify or use a drop box. You upload it and send the link to those who you want to have it.

    +Jack Flanders I thought you might be Tom, because of your handle, "Jack Flanders." I guess not. Anyway, re: E-Radio Theater... check with Jerry Stearns at KFAI Radio in Minneapolis... I think he knows those folks. Also see: www.natf.org/ and or their facebook page at facebook.com/groups/116818440570/. I have a vague memory of "The Situation Room" being aired at one of the NATF conferences.
