The majority of the rural properties in Bihar are paternal. It is not transferred to all members. Many r not even registered properly. Although payments r made for it. This is going to be big trouble. The government is willing to snatch it. Trouble is willingly invited to the Target caste. Never try to push in the corner because it has it's own painful response. Do the corrections before implementing. Justice to the owners of land is a must. Many many do not have money or ways to do the paper work. The government needs support to finish this job before taking this measure. Jai Bharat 🙏🙏

Should tell little bit about lack of good University higher education college etc. Upto school level it's good but not beyond that. Development is mainly focused on business and professional mindset but not for next generation. Government planned roads industrial area but did not focus on education for next generation. Bangalore as lot of good education institutions but gurgaon and Noida lacks it.

Reverse scenario for Indian economy that if people get affordable homes without affordable tag on it , they will feel secure and invest in market , take more risk . Most Indian families struggle to pay back hefty loans as prices vs earning don’t match . What is the point of having high rises if cost of flat in high rise is same cost of land .
