If anyone is dumb enough to pay at least $30 for one square foot of land that you won't actually own and have no rights to, you need to get your head checked. There's endless ways you're getting scammed if you are dumb enough to fall for it. It would take me days to mention all of them. At $30 / sq ft, they are making just north of 1.3 million per acre. Unfortunately, the same square foot plot that cost $30 now cost $60 or $90 for two adjoining plots. $30 plots = 1.3 million / acre, $60 = 2.6 million / acre. I'm not one to knock someone's hustle, but this shit is ridiculous.

As a mavs fan, I kind of hope for a game 7 since game 7’s are always more entertaining to watch and better for business.
If I am not mistaken, I think the first game 7 in the NBA Finals possibly was time a team came back to force a game 7 after being down 3-0. Love the Sonic Mania music. Interesting to hear while hearing about NBA facts.

Correction - Pippen was so good he didn't let finals get to gane 7. Pippen averaged more assists, rebounds, blocks and steals than the fake GOAT did, while also having to defend the other teams best player.
Fun fact: none of these will involve Jordan.
