  The blue shirt looks really nice on you, it complements you but also doesn't demand attention. I'd keep that simply because it works supper well with you.

  Maybe keep the black suit and get rid of everything else you don't wear. The fact that items were tailored to you is not a good reason to hang onto clothing. If having clothing made to fit is something that you have a high value for, have replacements made that you will actually wear. If you have a few sentimental items, put them in a storage box for the memories. Just go through the box once a year to see if they still hold the same level of sentiment. You may find each year you can let something else go. Take pictures if you need to.

  It doesn't make sense to keep items you don't wear just because they are tailored to you. If you like blue trousers, get them altered in length so you can wear them w/o heels. Maybe keep a basic jacket to throw on other things. But keeping two full suits and blouses for the sake of keeping, why? Someone else has body close to yours in measurements and can be happy to rock them in professional settings :) I had the same problem with clothes from highschool that were impossible to re-tailor to another fashion. 10 years and 0 wears later they still got donated 😅

  I think the trousers and the dress are your perfect colour but the red over powers you, you just see the red top. I strongly believe that if you're not sure about anything, or if you don't love it then let it go. Life is too short to not feel brilliant in your clothes, and who has time to keep bothering with adjusting items

  My hair was red when young but now has turned to platinum blonde as I'm now in my 60s. I love this change, however, it has totally changed the tone of my skin and eyes. I wear cool neutral colors now, like beige, white, navy, and gray. Plus black of course! Skin/ hair/ eye colors are SO individual. I believe you can find your best colors on your own without paying someone to hold up different colors to your face. You can do this yourself and you will naturally gravitate to the colors that look good on you. Ditto for makeup. ❤

  For shoes my favourite mid range, affordable and reasonably good quality I would say is Tamaris. I realise the most of my shoes are from this brand, and I have high boots from them which are ten years old. For bags I would also like to know honestly. Depends on what type of bag you are looking for I guess. There is a store in the third district called Tres Chic which seems to have a range of cheap to more expensive but still affordable bags. Maybe try that.
