Lost me on the egg part, feel like it's not needed and there's probably an alternative with flour and flax seed.

Well, I am a blind person who likes to cook. I have a spiral Alizar and want to get more ideas for how to use it. So I was interested in subscribing to this channel. Unfortunately, your recipes don’t do me any good because all they have in the background is music with no verbal description. When I click on the paragraph that is supposed to take me to a description of the video, there is information there but no text description of what you actually did with the zoodles. I love KZread cooking videos where the cook actually speaks and describes what they are doing. Unfortunately, this channel is not one of them and I will be unsubscribing. Please realize that everyone in your KZread audience is not necessarily able to see but they do actually cook for themselves and their families.

Another great one for the win. My husband lost 105lbs by going whole food plant based for 3 1/2 years and transitioning to also adding chicken and turkey. His cardiologist said that his heart health improvements are a “Grand Slam.” I bought your cookbook last year and just now found your KZread channel. I’m so happy to be able to see how these awesome recipes are made. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to showing many people that substituting spiralized vegetables is a delicious, easy, and rewarding alternative. You are making a valuable difference to many lives. Blessings from Texas.
