  americans say 18 wheelers where as in england there aint no 18 wheel vehicle so we call it a lorry with its trailer. without the trailer its called truck cab or just cab. also american trucks look so damn nice where as UK ones or europe are shit looking. also the long drive americans do is mental they go days driving from one part to another where as in england u can easily make it in a day or 2 max.
