Why do you heat with a torch? I've never seen this technique before.

It's just a quick pass to burn off any bits of fine lint/dust, etc. The coarse texture of sand blasted metal tends to cause stuff like that to really latch onto it, compressed air is often not enough to get it off. It's usually a bigger problem with parts that have gone through a walk in blasting booth because of the suit the blaster is wearing, especially if the part accidentally touches their suit.

35 mph is way faster than any sane person needs to go over the snow. 25 is fast enough.

My back cringed just watching him land that first jump. My neighbours had one of these same machines when I was a kid around 1980 and it looked ancient even at that time.

I had a 67 Polaris Colt short track my back hurts just thinking about it it earned the name piggy Polaris cause it was useless in snow deeper than a few inches lol

As you can hear in the full video, the riders only had it up to the 2 or 3 setting, it goes up to 5 and this is the 60HP model.

Are you local? The best option would be to compare them onsite, the variable of tires and a lift can be tricky to quantify on a trailer. You might need a drop hitch of some kind.

Best layout I've seen so far. For the most part is actually makes sense. The double sink in the bathroom is kind of dumb. The back sink really doesn't have good standing room with the toilet right there. Either more storage or more counter space in the area would have made more sense. Would also, like to see manufacturers start adding all electric stove/options. With the advancement in solar and lithium batter banks, there really is no excuse for still having no options other than propane cooking inside.
