I agree witha ya Henrik, One moment in time wasnt my favorite performance of hers. Her Hero song made up for one moment in time by far. And her I have nothing also great songs. Shes amazing. The G.O.A.T. IMO
It feel like a musical execution because she is a musical singer, or at least that is her dream (to sing in "West End" that is English equivalent of Broadway). She already sang in some production in Germany and in GB, but not enough to get it pay her bills, so she still need to do a "normal" job (respect). You could have a glimpse on that all if you look all her performances (included the presentation and the full judge commentary) instead of only the songs

Mostly the autovolume of the cellphone destroy what you missed i think.
The reason you felt like something was missing is that the video your reacted to was poor quality - she did have backup singers which this video didn't pick up. I was at the concert and Angelina was Amazing. She was not struggling. The video you reacted even cut off before her big ending climax.

If you watch better videos of this and other songs you will get a better impression of what it sounded like in person. This was a terrible recording. There was a choir behind her and this recording didn't pick it up. Her voice was much more powerful in the live performance. So were the horn section. Great reaction, Henrik. As you anticipated, backing vocals WERE introduced just before the bridge, and then were even more prominent in the final refrain, basically echoing the violins. The production of this video is exceptional -- definitely one of AJ's best "studio" performances (even though, clearly, it's prerecorded). Thanks!
She has also paced herself doing two shows back to back, so singing some of the best and biggest she had to balance it out by save saving her voice for all 38 songs with little to no break inbetween shows. 0 =) <
Great reaction 🙂 The younger Angelina, who you saw a lot until the 4 min mark, was 12 years old, and as you said, was showing a lot of promise. The year after she got the golden buzzer on AGT. I have a feeling you would enjoy reacting to her performances of the song at age 16, either the one at Allsang På Grensen (obviously LIVE) or the music video. Oh.. it's me again...LOL I just also wanted to remind you that Angelina did a total of 38 or 40 songs that evening, back to back. So she was in some sort of voice preserving mode as well. That being said, I don't think that THIS particular performance was the highlight of her performances, very far from it. Take care ! 🙂

Henrik, I don't know if you read you comments, but if you do, I'm sure many will have told you that you should use the videos on James Thiel's channel for reactions to performances on her two concerts in Las Vegas. Also, BigAngieFan has some amazing videos. What you reacted to here is a lousy cellphone quality audio, which does NOT do Angelina any justice at all. I'll be on the lookout for any future reactions from you to her performances here, but you HAVE to go to James Thiel's channel to keep me as a subscriber, it's as simple as that. Henrik... I think you handled your opinion honestly. I was there and it did feel different than this particular video represents. There are better videos of this songs ...and other songs which I'm sure you'll like.

If you watch James Thiel videos , you will have better quality. This is just a cell phone take and sound. We don't need a choir with Angelina's voice. This was her last song of 19. Most of us love her voice and not side shows. You must also realize that Angelina slows down most of her cover songs that she performs.
I will not disagree with you on this one. I too felt it lacked some grandeur or something. She might have wanted to include this song because of the message in the lyrics feeling this was one moment in time for her. 😉 But to have one or two less impressive songs among a 19 set consert is not bad for any singer.. 🤗
