  Hilton does not need to give out water bottles AT ALL. The standard should be to offer a fountain of purified water (where guests can use their own bottles) ```OR more bonus points. Disposable plastic should be a no no for all Hilton brands.

  As the new LXR properties in Doha were mainly built for the world championship, I wouldn't say, there is much of a history behind every property. Looks more like chaotic properties to me and we've been to many many many properties of Hilton. The unique experience at Katara Hills Doha was that they forgot half of our breakfast at a hotel that charges $2000 a night and has only 15 rooms. And they don't accept American Express. Had to laugh. LXR in London couldn't check in for half an hour as their computers were down. After check in they forgot to bring our luggage to the room and that's a hotel that charges £500+ per night. The only good properties of this brand we've been to are Habtoor Palace and Susona Bodrum. There is a long way to go before we agree to the statements made in this video
