  I would fall flat on my face. Whenever I went and seen styx (before i was obsessed) I was mesmerized by gowan and his keyboard. His energy is unmatched.

  I think Lawrence Gowan does a great job, covering the Dennis DeYoung songs, in Styx. When Lawrence plays, he doesn't stray from what Dennis recorded, from what I have heard live and YT videos. He honors Dennis writing of the song. Lawrence can laugh at himself, shown by this clip. Any interviews I see of Dennis, not so much.

  Gowan is a force of nature - a great songwriter. “Call me Larry” is one of those albums that heals you through life’s tribulations. Styx are lucky to have him ☕️

  I saw them in Thunder Bay and it was an awesome concert. Tommy started singing "Too Much Time On My Hands". I was surprised because I didn't know Styx sang it. I was a teenager and that was one of my favorite songs. It's well worth the money to see Styx. The VIP merchandise didn't make it through the Border in time for the concert. We had to go back I think the next day to pick it up.

  I'm not able to attend any of their concerts but I did attend their concert in Thunder Bay. What an awesome time. JY is an amazing guitarist! Every one of the band are truly gifted. Much love from Canada 🇨🇦 ❤️

  I didn't know "Too Much Time On My Hands " was sung by Styx. I attended their Concert in Thunder Bay I use to listen to that song when I was a teenager. I just loved the song. Amazing vocals Tommy!
